If I could give them a 0 star rating it would be more Suitable for the way I was treated. My son birthday today and I had been talking to the wife Sarah since Friday. I told her the time of 1:30 to 2 pm and they showed up at 11:30 am. Demanded money of cash. When I spoke to his wife Sarah she said they took cash, money order, and credit card. I had to run to the bank to get money off my card but as I was getting the money they were taking the inflatable down. My son watched them out the window put it up and take it down and carry it away on his big day. As a mother of the birthday boy I was furious of how unprofessional they were. They were super early and then called me a lier of what I was told by his wife Sarah about payment options. He said his wife does handle his business and it’s cash or they are packing up and leaving. I had one and a half hour to spare before my son birthday actually started and ppl arrived. I called tri-state games and they came to the Rescue. They set up in no time. Handled every type of payment. Very professional and friendly. My son had a blast and for the same place combo inflatable it was much bigger.

Arrived way earlier than they were supposed to. Was very unprofessional with payment transaction and arranging a time to be back on time for this order. Lied and about how they handle transaction and scheduled the drop off earlier than it was supposed to be.
