Just took delivery of our new 2025 Grand Design Reflection. Aaron our salesman, Andrew the sales manager and really all the staff from Troy in finance to Tom in the shop were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment walking in they went the extra mile, and follow up after leaving the first day was exceptional. Customer service oriented staff who really like camping and it shows. Did not have the same experience from other area dealerships and Ketelsen’s have our business from now on! Beyond pleased!!!

At the time, Angie in warranty went above and beyond to take care of us, Carter the technician also went above and beyond to do some work at the last minute to get us back on the road, and Rylee was fantastic to provide great customer care and support. You can choose any dealership to buy a camper. From the first step we took out of our car, we had nothing but an amazing experience!!! Ethan was an awesome sales consultant and when you walked thru those doors everyone just made you feel like family!! Thank you for being amazing!!!

I will add now that we have had this a couple days and have ran into some issues my review of some of the people have gone down. Sales....wonderful. Some of the things we were told weren't exactly true on some things with the camper. The walk thru we felt very rushed and like we were asking to many questions. So now once we have it set up and have found somethings broke or not working right and we call to get answers the service guy is a jerk. Customer service goes a long way through the whole dealership. Not just sales. Do better service!!!

Shout out to Ketelsen RV in DeSoto. Camp KRV is an awsome thing.Pulled our camper from East of Des Moines to get it dewinterized. Ketelsens dewinterized it even though we didn't purchase it from them(really wish we did). The service department made a repair to the e brake cable on the camper we just purchased from another dealership in December (after the fact I can't believe the dealership we purchased from would sell something with a safety hazard but they did.) Ketelsens fixed us right up. I dropped off the camper on Saturday morning and early Monday morning Ketelsens was calling telling me it's ready to camp in. Thanks again Ketelsens we will be back for our future needs.

Just picked up a small camper from Ketelsen DeSoto to pull with my Jeep. William Lifer sent me some pics of one they only had a few hours, to come check it out he and stayed with me to the end of the deal. He was fantastic in getting everything done on the camper before I picked it up the following week and stuck with me right out the door. Great experience and teamwork from all of them!

They went above and beyond to find a camper we liked and fit our needs, transport the rig from another lot, accommodate my husband's schedule by letting us look at it after hours once it was on the lot and having it prepped and ready for us to take...all.within a week! Terrible customer service.
They lie and give you excuses.
We took our camper in for warranty work on July 21st. We have called them many times & been given the runaround. We’re waiting on approval to fix these thing. Then they said we’ve already fixed some things. We’re waiting on a couple of parts. They told us we need to get a different kind of cord for the sound bar to work. We’ve tried every kind of cord there is. These are all excuses. This week, When my husband called, they were back to the we’re waiting on an approval to do the warranty work. So my husband stopped by there today. Our camper was unlocked (Of course, we left all our stuff in it. We had no idea they were going to have it for the last six weeks of summer). Somebody shoved the stairs in and broke the track. Not one thing has been fixed on our camper. One problem was our battery will not hold a charge. We’ve even put a new one in. They said a few weeks ago your battery is fine & and holding a charge. You guessed, it he gets there today and the battery is dead. I have to say I would not recommend you buy anything from them.
