I worked for easily a dozen agencies. This one is by FAR the worst. They're the only ones I've ever specifically told I will never work for them again.
They ignore their workers and treat them with contempt. Easily proven that they're the worst in their industry with the slightest bit of research.

If I could I would give zero stars cause this place is just ridiculous! I talked with Pat about my rate for a demolition job and he said he would pay $25 an hour. So i agreed. I worked for 1 day and almost lost my life because I was told to demo something and that the power was off. But the power was definitely still on. I almost got electrocuted because people don’t know how to do their job. Also I got my check the next week and the rate said $22, not $25. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They are very incompetent and unprofessional, greedy people! I wish I would’ve done research before stepping foot on one of their jobs.

If you haven't read the reviews, I'll let you know that this is a bad place to work. How do I know? They can't get anyone to work for them so they purchase leads to recruit people. Luis texted me asking if I want to do sheet metal there, I don't even do sheet metal. Stay away.

I hired 2 laborers a year ago and it was a good experience. I contacted McLabor a month before I needed a laborer. I was told to call back a week before the job. I did, I was told McLabor would call me back on Aug 11th to determine my laborer for Aug 13th. No one called, I called @ 5pm Aug 11th and left a message with my contact. On Aug 12th I called twice and was told my contact would call me back. He never did. Never heard from anyone. My contact and possibly all of McLabor lack professionalism and positive character. Aug 13th I had to ask my wife and homeowner to help lift a window into place. I will never suggest McLabor to anyone again!

Was referred here by a longtime friend who had recently started working with McLabor. I was immediately placed in a job with a crew installing solar panels. My bosses on the crew are awesome and the guys down at Mac in the office are great. As long as you show you’re there to work and not screw around they’ll hook you up with a decent paying job and from what I’ve seen so far they’ll also assist you in getting training such as Osha 10 certification possibly also Osha 40 and/or other certifications or training courses.. Since I’ve started working for Mac I’ve only had great experiences with them!

Some of the worst experiences I’ve ever had very rude people an lack of communication to me the job the sent me to an to there own people they work with in there own office 3 people from the same office kept calling me to talk about every lil thing an about the same thing it was ridiculous an time wasting I highly recommend don’t ever take any work from these guys 10-10 don’t ever recommend working for or with them !!!!!if I could give zero stars I would !!!it’s like they never swung a hammer or been on a site I got into a accident the third day of work an was seriously injured an when I called to tell Ryan all he said was okay if u can’t be there tm loose my number not are you okay or anything the second day I was supposed to work lack of communication an professional made it so I couldn’t work I tried multiples times to be able to work an no one answered I called n texted all three people from the same office who had been in communication irregular with me horrible horrible agency or whatever they are NEVER AGAIN I quit today do yourself a favor an never ever work for this place it’s dangerous there greedy an very very unprofessional
