Prime Catering was by far a perfect dinning experience. The professionalism with communication, presentation and execution of the cuisine was top tier. My husband and I enjoyed our date night decor along with a perfect meal to match. I would definitely recommend Chef Janiece with Prime Catering to all, you will be pleased.

Everything Chef Janiece cooked was amazing from the salad to the butter for my seafood. I wanted to plan a nice birthday dinner for my husband. My bestfriend told me about this company. All I can say is that everything we that was prepared was amazing. Chef Janiece and sous-chef did a great job. They are the best. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!!!

Y'all - The food was so delicious! Do you hear me? Delicious! The flavors were familiar, yet robust and complex. And the presentation and professionalism were top-tier. What an incredible experience.

Last week, a few of my corporate clients notified me that they would unexpectedly be in town and wanted to schedule a dinner. I'm not a last minute person - so naturally I panicked. I didn't want to host my guests at a restaurant, due to Covid. But I knew I had to wine and dine them. So I needed help. Fast.

I called Prime. And thank God for Prime!!

I was able to personally speak with the Chef and explain my predicament. I informed her of my budget and needs. She gave me a quote and full proposal for the menu that same day. It was simple. On the evening of the dinner, she was so calm, patient, and generous. The food was incredible. And the portions were substantial. My guests were thoroughly impressed by the spread, plating, decorations, and service. They thought I performed a last minute miracle.

I didn't. Prime did.

Wow!! They really know how to cater to your services and needs. All of the decor was beautiful, all of the food was amazing! There is no need to go anywhere else when I want a private Chef for my social gatherings and private
date nights! I will be calling them again soon!!
