Working with AAEP was an absolute DREAM. When we first reached out to Jenny two years before our wedding, it was an easy choice because of how easily the conversation flowed. Allie helped us style the wedding + pick colors (which felt very daunting in the beginning). Shannen was our lead planner -- she was basically my rock throughout the process and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience with All Aboard. It was a fantastic team of women that knew exactly what they were doing --- hiring them was easily the best decision we made. I can't recommend working with them enough, you won't regret it!

The team at AAEP worked tirelessly to make our wedding day so special and memorable. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and impeccable organization were evident from start to finish throughout our wedding day. Both us and our families will be forever grateful to AAEP for allowing us to enjoy every moment of the day. It was truly the best day of our lives! Our lead coordinator (Shannen’s) kindness and empathy were immediately apparent. She made us feel comfortable, heard, and supported. With such an overwhelming planning process, I can only imagine that for couples to feel that way before their wedding is rare, and that was all thanks to Shannen at AAEP. She advocated for us and involved us in decisions that made a meaningful impact in our day. She took time to listen to every request we had and helped us execute every detail that mattered to us. When any issue arose, she validated our opinions and troubleshooted on our behalf so seamlessly. We seriously cannot thank her and the rest of the team at AAEP enough for all of the work they did to make our wedding absolutely perfect. They are simply the best of the best, and we could not have imagined our day without them there.

I cannot thank Jenny, Allie, Christine, Brynn, and everyone at All Aboard Event Planning enough for making my wedding so seamless and as stress free as humanly possible! For reference, I booked the Wildflowers package with Jenny and AAEP and I couldn’t have been any happier! My journey with AAEP started over a year prior to my wedding date with multiple conversations with Jenny to get to know my husband and myself as a couple, and also to get a feel for what we envisioned our wedding day to look like. She was fabulous! She then matched us with Allie, who created one of the most beautiful style guides I have ever seen! She absolutely nailed it! It was amazing to see everything we have envisioned our day to be, put down on paper! Starting with the lighting, colors, and florals we envisioned for the wedding, adding little touches like a hot chocolate bar, down to the sweetest touches of ways to incorporate our dog Cinda into our day since she couldn’t be there with us. Everything was nicely organized and each item had a link to where we could find them! I then met Christine, who is one of the sweetest and most genuine souls I think I’ve ever met! She dove right into the planning process with me a few weeks before the wedding to create a perfectly worked timeline for the day of the wedding! She reached out to every single one of my vendors to confirm arrival times and to go over the sequence of events for the day so that everyone was on the same page. Any issues or questions that came up, she immediately took care of for me, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the amount of thought and care she put in to our special day! On the day of the wedding, Christine and Brynn worked actual magic, they were everywhere all at once, they kept the day on schedule, answered all of the vendor’s questions, and even brought all of the bridal party dresses over to the venue so we didn’t have to worry! They came equipped with the best wedding emergency kit stocked with any item you could possibly think of! And a big shout out to Christine for laying out the most beautiful flat lays that even my photographer was in awe of! At the start of planning my wedding, I was unsure if I would need a wedding planner, but I can honestly tell you it was the BEST decision I made to work with everyone at AAEP, you will not regret it! Thank you to you all, I am forever grateful for everything you did for us through this entire process! Not only us, but our entire wedding party could not stop raving about how amazing you all were!

We used All Aboard Event planning for our wedding this year and Jenny and Michele were AMAZING! They went above and beyond and made the whole process seamless.

They led our rehearsal and helped put everyone in our wedding party at ease (which says a lot because of everyone’s big personalities!)

I was the bride and fully enjoyed every aspect of our wedding and that is in large thanks to their amazing team. We had to pivot our ceremony location due to rain and they made that process stress free and easy. They truly helped carry out our dream wedding vision and my husband and I had the best day. Highly recommend all aboard!

Choosing All Aboard Event Planning was one of the best decisions we made after getting engaged! From the initial call with Jenny, I knew it was going to be not only a helpful resource in planning all of the steps for our big day but a great team surrounding us on the day that are clearly passionate about their work. Before connecting with Jenny, I had done a ton of research on venues and was overwhelmed trying to connect with vendors, confirm capacity for such a large expected guest list and with limited availability in the year we had hoped to get married. After my first call with Jenny, she got to work and curated a list of potential venues that really captured the vision! I knew at that moment, it was going to be the best partner to navigate the whole wedding planning process. Jenny found our dream venue (which never came up in our search!) and was there with us every step of the way. We were planning throughout COVID, so made a difficult decision to postpone our original date. Jenny helped to secure all of our vendors and helped make the date change a very smooth process! The package that we booked also included 2 sessions with Danielle, AAEP style consultant, and we did these in the beginning to help bring together color scheme, small details and overall vision and then at the end when finalizing the smaller details. The style board perfectly reflected what I was looking for and gave us a good resource to share with other vendors. For our rehearsal, we had 4 members of the AAEP team there with us! They had every detail worked out and had specific team members assigned to different members of the bridal party (even helping the flower girls!) and was a good chance to not only have the whole party get to know the team but feel confident in the details of the 2 part ceremony that we were doing the next day. On the day of, Jenny, Adrienne, Shannen, and Alex took care of everything! They helped with setup of décor, coordinated with all of our vendors, and helped ensure that everyone was taken care of. The ceremony and reception was so smooth and the team ensured every detail was exactly how we had discussed. I highly recommend this team for their passion, their attention to details, and their commitment to bringing your dream to life on the big day! Thank you all!

Tammy and Sarah were there to coordinate the most beautiful day for me and my husband. We were able to relax and remain fully present throughout our wedding knowing that they were there to make sure everything went smoothly. Although they were behind the scenes on the day of our wedding, we loved getting to know them during the final venue walk through and our rehearsal. Their attention to the details and reassuring presence, and all of the last minute communication with vendors, timeline creation, and questions in the days leading up to our wedding were so helpful. We would absolutely recommend them, and the rest of the AAEP team, for day-of coordination!

We also worked with Jenny and Michele from AAEP as planners in the 1.5 years leading up to our wedding. Their work sourcing the best vendors for our wedding day and going over the details in the months leading up to our wedding were key. It was overwhelming to see all of the options for photographers, DJs, florists, etc. when we began planning on our own, and so to know that each vendor we booked came recommended by industry experts was a huge help. From the start of the day with hair and makeup to an amazing time singing on the bus ride back, to keeping the party going at the hotel, and all of the details and experiences in between, we feel like every vendor they helped us find was the right one for us!

It's hard to imagine using the word "thankful" when it comes to planning and re-planning a wedding during a pandemic, but we were so thankful to have hired Jenny and the All Aboard team for our October 2021 wedding! We were originally supposed to get married in October 2020 but COVID had other plans, and Jenny masterfully steered us through that storm to land on our perfect 2021 date with all our vendors and venue still in tact.

When it came to picking our wedding vendors, personality and "fit" were a big criteria. We were nervous brides, and wanted to surround ourselves with great energy on our big day. From our very first phone call, to all the many many emails that followed, Jenny made us so comfortable and excited about our wedding day. As the date approached, and we were introduced to Tammy - our day of coordinator - any last minute nerves were soothed. Tammy was going to be our rockstar planner for the day, and she truly was. With Tammy and Jackie on the job, we felt like we were getting the J-Lo Wedding Planner treatment from beginning to end. Tammy's professionalism and support (she was on top of every detail no matter how many changes leading up to the day!) created such smooth sailing throughout the entire ceremony and reception. If anything went wrong, we never saw Tammy or Jackie sweat so we didn't know anything about it.

Hiring All Aboard for day of coordination allowed us to truly enjoy every minute of our wedding, and for that we could not be more thankful!

When I scheduled my first call with Jenny from AAEP two years ago, I could have never imagined that it would be one of the best decisions I’d make during my wedding planning process. The wave of calm that washed over me as soon as she spoke made me look no further than AAEP. Although the package I booked was for day of coordination beginning about a month before our wedding, Jenny was always available for vendor recommendations, quick tips, and for keeping me motivated and on schedule during the planning process.

Not only was Jenny an amazing resource during planning, Tammy (our day-of coordinator) truly made our wedding the best day of our lives. From the start of her involvement a month before our wedding day, she made sure that our vendors were aligned, our timeline was broken down to the minute, and most importantly she made sure that on my wedding day the only thing on my mind was marrying my best friend. I honestly couldn't believe how I could give Tammy a look, and, as if she had known me for years, she knew exactly what I needed. I don’t think there has ever been a time where I felt comfortable enough to let go of control, but with Tammy and her assistant Callie, I was able to do so and fully enjoy my day.
