I bought a new water heater and tried to install it myself trying to not have to cut any pipes, I finally gave up and called Plumbers crack Plumbing being that I have used their services before and was beyond happy in the past. I'm glad I did call them because what was almost just a simple 45 minute job for the guy, my old pipes kept cracking, he went out and got the parts needed and came back had it all setup then the pilot would not light!! But he got it to light, I'm truly glad to have called because even if by chance i got it in without cutting any pipes and magically not breaking any of them... i would have been stuck with not having the experience to get it lit. Thank you!!! And fyi i had my hot water out for almost a full month trying to figure it out!!
