My friend and I visited the store for the first time doing some holiday shopping, and not only did we find a couple great sales for really nice items, but the customer service was the best either of us had experienced anywhere in years! Helpful, polite, encouraging but not pushy, the guys working were just great. When a couple customers were already being helped at the counter, another sales associate came around to start checking us out with a handheld, and they all greeted customers letting them know they would be with them shortly, with calm and friendly demeanors. Shout out especially to Brian who took extra care to help my friend pick out a gift then folded and wrapped it in tissue with the gift receipt tucked inside. He literally said “it’s not worth doing if it isn’t done right.” We walked out agreeing the extra drive that day to that store was worth it just for that amazing customer service. Bravo guys and thank you!

I had an excellent experience shopping for a new winter jacket during my first visit to Orvis. Had ordered a 9ft 5wt Helios F outfit that had been back ordered from Orvis online for over 45 days. Had a fishing trip planned and needed the outfit. I was referred to the Avon store who had everything I needed in stock. Great customer service while on the phone getting the order prepared. Shipped the rod, reel, line and backing to Missouri. Received my order in 3 days. Everything was packed well and came as ordered along with a personal handwritten note from the sales person at the Avon store. Very pleased with the service and my order.

My 13 yo son and I just completed class 201 through the Avon store. What a great experience for myself and especially my son. The staff are amazing! They are knowledgeable, patient and truly passionate about teaching others. It was chilly and raining, but my son never stopped smiling! Thank you!!!

Amazing place with amazing workers. A gentleman named Scott helped me and my cousin get all setup with fly gear with amazing prices. Told me everything to get me to get started. Answered any questions I had and was doing it happily. 12/5 stars!!
