The person who helped me on the phone did his job well. It was very quick, which I like a lot. For the most part, it took a very little of my time, and almost no effort to get my renewal done, on the card that I got from them a year ago. There is one thing I would mention, maybe the guy on the phone could have been slightly more courteous. He kept talking over me. But, I don't know exactly how busy he is. Or whether he gets pressure to make the calls very fast. I think it's probably likely. Since time is money. Overall, everything went smooth.

Leafwell was one of the most satisfactory online buying experiences EVER ! At least for a renewal they didn't require "camera and microphone" as cited on the website ... The whole transaction was conducted with keyboard and voice-phone. An upload of a .JPG of the customer's photo ID is required First-time card seekers MAY need to have an uploadable copy of a recent medical report.

I may have mentioned: the Doc who OK'd my first card, charges $200.00 and has daytime appointments only 3 days a week at an inconvenient location. My neurologist ... "the same" ... except $300.
