I had my 45th birthday party here last weekend. It was 90s theme and Crystal did an excellent job bringing my vision to light as a lounge/old school scene. Working with her was easy, she communicated well and clear and prompt. The venue is spacious and easy to find. I do wish the outside was more appealing to the eyes, the plaza is worn down and could use some work, at minimum a paint job and pressure wash, but that’s no fault of Crystal. I highly recommend using this location or one of her others.

I had my 1st Benefit Banquet at the Grand Crystal Ballroom. Everything was ALMOST perfect. The price, the ambiance, the parking & location. I would only change one thing....We were not allowed to split our time for the Setup which put us in a crunch. I know others may have done this, but it was extremely difficult to setup, change there just before my event and be ready to host my event. I wish the owner will consider allowing ppl to come in early to setup and make sure all is in order without charging all the hours. Other than that, it was great!

My daughter had her Sweet 16 celebration here, and it was one of her most memorable experiences. The owner provided all the tables, chairs, and linens, and it was gorgeous! The place is very clean and spacious plus the price was reasonable. They even helped us to secure additional services for a full serviced event. The owner went above and beyond, and it was a pleasure making new friends. Would recommend it to anyone!

I was very impressed on the work Ms Crystal has done ! She was very timely and professional. She communicated well and prices were very reasonable. My little sister loved her graduation party and really felt celebrated. I would definitely recommend her services .
