Great modern, well-kept hotel with full kitchen in every room. Wonderful reception employees are always greeting with smile, helpful, and very nice.

Amazing free full American breakfast with lots of choices. Thanks to the lady of the kitchen, Beth, for taking care of its guests. She's always greeting everyone with a smile and making sure there's plenty of food and the dining area is super clean.
Every Wednesday between 5-7 pm theres a happy hour with light snacks, beer, and wine for guests free of charge.
Hotel has a coin laundry, $2 per washer and $2 per dryer.
Plenty of parking. Right across the hotel is a Mexican restaurant. Location is convenient to the major highway, restaurants, shopping.
Strongly recommended this hotel.

Abby and Justin took great care of our team at a business weekend. The rooms were clean and well equipped but the stand out was the customer service! Thanks for a great stay!

Positive: Location was tucked back from the main road, so not a lot of street noise. Negative: The toilet in my bathroom literally stopped working in the middle of the night. Since I had an important meeting the next morning, I could not call the front desk and wait (1 hour? 2 hours) in to get it repaired.....I'd lose valuable sleep!

My four kids and I spent Christmas here. We enjoyed the room, the size and cleanliness! The staff was great. The whirlpool hottub very relaxing. My kiddos loved swimming in Winter. Was perfect lil vacation. I would recommend the stay.

The perfume in the lobby is overwhelming and carries over to the rooms. Bed had large body impression on one side making the mattress very uncomfortable. Sheets were scratchy. Shower temperatures were backwards and unable to change pattern/intensity of flow.
No normal temperature accessible on the heater, either blowing ridiculously warm or excessively cold.
Sundry items were limited to candy and soda.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. Good selection for breakfast items.

I got room 409, a perfect accessible suite. There was a comfortable bed, a work desk, kitchen table, clean bathroom, dishes, and working appliances. Who could ask for more?||The breakfast each morning was perfect, too. I didn't have time for the fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but maybe next time, I'll stay longer. I also liked using the guest laundry.

A big shout out to Alaysha and the rest of the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was very clean and welcoming. Wednesday social was a great touch. Will stay here again on my next trip to Dover.

The front desk personel Justin and front desk manager Alaysha are very attentive to needs of guests. Also very accommodating. Atmosphere is very warming, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Housekeeping is great my room is always clean when asked. Always willing to go the extra to get you anything you need both housekeeping and front desk. Im currently staying here for business till next February and everyone has made me feel very welcome. I would stay here again in the future.

We were in a bind due to a family emergency and needed to move my granddaughter's sixth birthday party. Justin in sales made sure that little Elizabeth could host her friends on one day's notice. We rented a small suite and were able to use the breakfast area and pool. The hotel staff were very accommodating and the day was saved. I do not have enough good words to describe the hotel and their kind staff who treated us like old friends!

Very, very pleasant, friendly staff. The facility was clean and bright with very comfortable beds and hot showers. Unfortunately Some of the furniture in the room was damaged (broken arm on one of the office-style chairs and chipped surface on the kitchenette table) but those things were minor distractions on an otherwise comfortable stay. I should also mention the well-supplied, arranged and varied breakfast.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. They made it feel as close to home as it could be. Alaysha went above and beyond to really help when issues arose. I would recommend to anyone to stay there. I really like what the hotel offered like the pool and the hot-tub. Not to mention outdoor area and gym. The laundry was very convenient.
