My husband and I worked with Wendy in 2021 for our wedding on 11/13/2021, and we genuinely could not recommend anyone better to help with not only your special day, but the whole crazy process that wedding planning is. She was always SO incredibly easy to talk to, and she knew exactly what to say/do in the hiccups we encountered (including a venue change less than two months before our big day!). She goes above and beyond to make your wedding process as seamless as possible, and she ensures that you will have the most perfect wedding day!

Planning a wedding from out of state can be a bit overwhelming. Thankfully, we hired Wendy Stevens to be our Wedding Planner/Coordinator! Wendy’s connections with reputable vendors in the area was invaluable to this Texas Momma. Wendy made herself available when I traveled to Georgia and always responded to our emails and text in a timely manner. Her organizational skills, attention to detail and overall fun nature made our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding journey fun. Having Wendy be a point of contact with the vendors, coordinate all the decor details and keep the timeline intact on the wedding day allowed my family to enjoy one of the most precious and memorable days in our lives without concern. The day flowed seamlessly and we truly appreciate Wendy’s expertise.

Wendy definitely goes above and beyond. She told us from day one that her job is to "be our brain" on our wedding day so that we don't have to think about anything and she absolutely followed through on that. She assisted us throughout the planning process, toured the venue with us, and made recommendations for how to make the day run smoothly. When the wedding day arrived, Wendy was at the venue long before anyone else meeting vendors and setting up décor and she remained hard at work right up until the wedding. I am amazed by her energy.

Not only is she very committed to helping her brides' visions come to life, she is also a calming presence on wedding day. Nothing phases or flusters her and that is exactly what you need as a bride when your mind is racing with last minute considerations. She is sure of herself, professional, competent, and on top of everything. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone who wants to take some of the stress out of their wedding planning & wedding day.

I truly don't know what I would have done without Wendy! She made every single step of wedding planning a wonderful experience! She took out all of the stress I had about the details and even made sure the details that I didn't even know about were covered! Wendy truly went above and beyond and is so incredibly sweet! I can't recommend Wendy enough! We chose to work with Wendy for month-of planning, and even at the time when I was still choosing between which coordinator to go with and reviewing packages and pricing, it was an easy decision to go with Wendy just based on what she offered compared to everyone else.

At the point where we started working with her and had our first calls and face-to-face meetings, we knew we had made the right choice. She asked all the right questions which we might not have even considered, and she made sure we were organized and had every detail accounted for, while still making sure the day felt special and exactly how we wanted it to. Every time we talked to her, we felt less stress and more like things would go to plan.

The day of our wedding went off without a hitch because Wendy was coordinating everything behind the scenes, so we could truly just enjoy being in the moment. I had so much fun at my wedding, I always knew where I needed to be at any given time, and I felt very little stress. Aside from being the point person for all of our vendors and keeping everything running smoothly, the little things that she did to help also stand out, like doing the bustle on my dress before the reception, helping to make sure we had food and drink when we needed it, and finding my husband some ibuprofen to take when his back started hurting.

I think hiring Wendy was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding day, and I would absolutely recommend anyone else to do the same.

Wendy literally saved my wedding!!
I found Wendy after a lot of research and interviews with wedding planners to help with our 2023 wedding. We connected in the spring and planned a fall wedding with her help. She really knows her stuff!
We had several well-planned meetings prior to the event date to ensure everything went according to plan. She was in touch with all other vendors and served as a central point of contact to keep things organized.
We ended up getting Covid the week of our wedding. Wendy to the rescue!! She coordinated with our venue and got us a new date within 24 hours of being notified. With her help, all our vendors found another date they were available and we were able to have our dream wedding.
Wendy was truly our wedding fairy godmother. I cannot thank or recommend her highly enough. We had many out of town guests and about 100 people at our wedding. A lot of guests mentioned how impressed they were with her and the coordination of our wedding weekend. Easily one of the best decisions I made for our wedding aside from choosing my husband!

I adored working with Wendy as my month of coordinator for my wedding in April at the UGA Botanical Gardens. Wendy runs a tight ship: she made sure everything and everyone was taken care of for the wedding day. This started with detailed calls and emails leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was accounted for. She did an amazing job leading the rehearsal and wedding day. It was a stress free weekend for me, and I'm so thankful I could trust her and relax on the happiest day of my life! She's so sweet and kind too, and very easy to get along with. My vendors, family and friends all spoke highly of Wendy too. If you need a coordinator for your wedding - I HIGHLY recommend her! Thanks again for everything!

Wendy was fantastic to work with. She helped make our entire wedding process as smooth as possible, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wendy was quick to respond to text and e-mails.
