Wow-- hiring Thailer is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. First of all, she was so kind! She was consistently available for calls and texts when we needed her, and even answered random questions for me when I was stressed about various wedding details. She was on time and helpful in meetings, and came prepared with documents to fill out to stay organized with all the day-of details. She was very personable, easy to talk with, and we immediately felt like her friends. She truly cares about her clients and making sure that they have a special and care-free day. She was extremely organized for our rehearsal, and everyone loved her! On the day of our wedding, she was calm and collected. She continually checked in with me and my husband to make sure we were informed but also content and having a good time. Everyone in our wedding party loved her and appreciated her so much. She was the glue that held our wedding day together and I am so thankful for her! I genuinely have no complaints and cannot recommend her enough.

If I could give 100 stars I WOULD!!! HOLY COW!!!!
I recently got married, in May to the love of my life! I found Thailer through a mutual friend and I knew from our first phone call together before I even booked her she was going to be AMAZING and just what I needed to help plan this wedding! I am in the industry too so I know how crazy it gets but Thailer kept me level headed and on track! The entire planning process was seamless and SO EASY with her checklists and to-do lists! I felt so organized and confident that the things that needed to get done in a timely manner were getting done.

Fast forward to wedding day, it was THE MOST PERFECT day, literally nothing went wrong, it was so enjoyable and I felt so relaxed all day knowing every detail was being taken care of by Thailer! She was so fun and energetic and all my bridal party and guests and vendors LOVED her! I really feel like I gained a friend from working with Thailer, she is the sweetest and truly devotes all her energy to making your special day unforgettable. She is so passionate about her work and it shows.

If you need an event or wedding coordinator, hire Thailer!! She is exactly who you need. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, down to earth, and all around amazing! I hired her to help me for our wedding and I’m so happy she was there for us and helped coordinate our big day! She always made sure to put our feelings and ideas first. She truly cares for her clients and wants what is best for them. She made sure we got what we needed, but also gave her honest and professional opinion. It was refreshing! Waterworth Events is the only option to coordinate your wedding! We had an excellent time working with Thailer. She was on top of everything, very professional and an excellent communicator! She and her assistant, Christa, made sure that we didn’t need to worry about anything on our wedding day. We had so much fun and would recommend Thailer 10 out of 10 to anyone in need of a coordinator!

Thailer is AMAZING! We loved having her as a part of our day. She is so organized and had detailed word docs for us to fill out and scheduled check ins so that we were always on the same page! She included me on her calls with all of my vendors and always kept me updated. She worked so well with my venue and was a huge advocate for me on my special day. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her, even with the 15 kids we had in the ceremony! She was a pro at handling everything. You will not regret hiring her as your coordinator!
