Danielle was great to work with! She juggled many of the large and tiny details my husband and I wanted very well! We paid for the two-month of coordinator package; however, she started working with us many, many months before that! Exceeded expectations in terms of communication with us and with our various vendors. She will work very hard to make sure you day goes off without a hitch!

Danielle and Grace Events truly went above and beyond helping us with our wedding in September 2024. As our 2-month out coordinator, Danielle was communicative from the start and brought the analytical, thoughtful, "left brained" approach we desperately needed! She read through all of our vendor contracts super thoroughly and caught things we hadn't, and helped us plan for things that wouldn't have crossed our minds at all otherwise. We had a non-traditional timeline without a seated dinner, and she caught on right away to what we wanted our day to look like and helped us create a unique timeline that worked out beautifully.

We had unexpected rain that made us need to pretty much re-route everything a few days before the wedding, and Danielle was the calm presence we needed when we were dealing with both the chaos of changing plans and the heartbreak that came with having to change things we'd been envisioning for over a year. She made everything run so smoothly behind the scenes so that we could fully enjoy our day and be present, which is all we could have ever asked for. I'd recommend her as a planner/coordinator to ANYONE.

Danielle came into the picture late into my wedding process due to my previous coordinator cancelling on me last minute. To say Danielle saved the day is an understatement. She is so detailed and covered things I had not thought about. She went above and beyond! She took the reigns and finished everything for me last minute and the day was a huge success! I worked with Danielle for my September wedding and she was wonderful! We had a fairly quick planning period (seven months from engagement to wedding day) so I had done most of the planning but was trying to find someone who could primarily serve as a day-of coordinator. Danielle was just the person! She started working with us a few months before the wedding. She had experience with our church, venue, florist, and caterer and made sure she truly understood what our vision was for the day. Her and her wonderful assistant made sure our day ran smoothly, including all the small back-of-the-mind logistics like moving wedding party belongings from place to place. She is kind, incredibly patient, and strikes a wonderful balance of listening to your wants while sharing what has worked well from her experience. I highly recommend Danielle's services for any bride that just needs day-of coordination!

Danielle and her team were amazing!! We had a ~210 person wedding and reception and she helped flawlessly execute everything from setting up all of our decor to ensuring that everything ran on time and smoothly. She was professional, on top of everything that needed to be done from the beginning of working together, and took care of everything the last two months for me so I barely needed to think about logistics. She made the wedding day so easy for me to just sit back and enjoy! I could not recommend her more highly!
