We stopped at this hotel as a late afternoon choice in our travels, expecting a mid-level experience for a relatively inexpensive hotel. The building does show signs of needing updates. But the room and bathroom were clean, the AC worked great and the beds were clean and comfortable. I rarely write reviews, but I want folks to know that the staff at this hotel make it 5 stars. From Latoya at the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and seemed to love their job. It made for a great experience! Finally, the breakfast was much higher than average. Waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal, etc. The scrambled eggs were fresh cracked, not the powdered yuck that is common at these continental breakfasts. You definitely get your money's worth here!

Stayed one night with family. Big clean room and clean toilet. Furniture was in good condition. The check in late at night was welcoming. The lady at the counter made us feel welcome. The checkout was equally sad, the new lady was not happy. Breakfast was asthetically pleasing and good. Liked the stay. Thank you Best Western

You get what you pay for. This is one of the least expensive of nearly a dozen hotels next to each other. The halls and stairwells were pretty dirty and had a marijuana smell. The rooms themselves and the people were nice. Except no coffee maker in the room! The breakfast was surprisingly good. There was a party happening that went late, but that was over a little after 10.

Room was great, however I had the do not disturb on the door, housekeeper knocked once and let herself in then proceeded to ask am I not checking out while stepping into the room… Mind you it’s not even 9am yet. Overall excellent service, up until that. Extremely disrespectful, and on top of that she woke my infant up I had just put back to sleep. Didn’t get her name, just a heavy set middle age lady don’t believe they were wearing name tags. Had she knocked and maybe waited a couple seconds then entered but that lady knocked as she was walking in ghe room

Good location, near restaurants and other hotels. Check in/out no hassle. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Smelled somewhat of weed at some exits, but what place doesn’t nowadays. Clean room. Ac worked well. Would have been a 5 star room if not for no ventilation in bathroom and no shampoo/conditioner already provided. I’m sure I could have gotten some from the front desk.

This hotel is what every traveler looks for! The customer service is FANTASTIC!!! The hotel is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE for a decent price!!! Breakfast is wonderful and they offer some great extras like cappuccino and hot chocolate! Easily one of the best stays we have EVER had!!! Props to the entire staff!!

Got home all my clothes that I washed smelled like pure mildew mold even tho they where fully dry i think it’s time to deep clean the washer or get a new one could be a foul build up dryer took $9.00 to fully dry when originally was supposed to had been $3.00 got very itchy when I wore clothes home now it’s very hard to get the smell out my clothes and I used name brand washer detergent that keep my clothes fresh the clothes smelled like mold water even the water to shower with had a weird chlorine smell to it very disgusting smell I had to order a case of water during my stay to use if you care about your customers you would look into it cleaning it out isn’t going to cut it you have to get to the root of the issue

The room was filthy, doors didn’t close all the way. The air conditioning didn’t work. Carpet is stained and crusty. The inside of the hotel feels like it’s 85 degrees, no matter where you go. Loud arguments and screaming in the hallway. Frankly I was shocked because best western is usually much better than this . The only saving grace was the friendly staff and breakfast. However for $140 a night, there are MUCH better options out there
