Got this at a decent price. It's better than just your average budget hotel, but still needs improvements. Their vending machine on the first floor wasn't working on a long holiday weekend. But the rooms are comfortable, clean & pleasant to stay in. Staff was also professional, warm and helpful. The manager present in the morning was dutifully checking on breakfast and other front desk tasks with care. Breakfast is included, continental, they do have warm eggs/fare & it was satisfactory. Would I come here on a future visit to Mobile? Yes, absolutely. Recommend, 4/5.

I visited Alabama, my home State, for a class reunion and chose this hotel because of its location.

The hotel needs updating. I have been a Choice Hotel member for a number of years. But over the years, I have noticed a decline in the quality of hotels under the Choice brand.

The bathroom needs a lot of work.

Breakfast was available at the hotel but I chose to eat at other breakfast restaurants.

We saw one large roach.

The bed was comfortable.

Parking was challenging because of the number of work trucks and vans taking up a portion of the parking spaces. (I realize that truckers pay for their hotel rooms.) We did however find a handicapped parking space one night in the rear parking lot but parked in regular spaces on other nights.

I think I paid too much for this hotel stay. I wouldn't be a return visitor.

We left here this morning and I have to say it was a good stay. All the staff were excellent. Our breakfast was amazing, so many choices to choose from we loved it. Our room was clean, good water pressure, and the ac kept us good and cold. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back. About 45 minutes from gulf shores but the ride was great and plenty to do. Also we were here for mandate graduation at coastal college, about a 15 minute driver there from hotel😊

Raven was the most helpful front desk person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The breakfast had everything and was fresh and bountiful. The outside area was clean and inviting and our suite was clean and fresh. I def would stay here again. The rate was very good. There are a lot of eating places within 1-2 miles.

This was a family weekend getaway. We liked this hotel. Room was cleaned and a/c worked really well. The only downside was the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable and hard. Breakfast was okay. The two days we stayed they offered the same scrambled eggs, sausages and biscuits. There were also waffles, cereal, bread and mini muffins. The parking lot entrance needs to be fixed. It has a big pothole. If they change the mattresses we could stay here again.

Attila The Hun nightshift lady!!!! HORRIBLE human being!!!!! Rooms were clean, staff was awesome, except for one, Ms Raven and Ms Joyce were the sweetest ladies I've ever come across, the MAIN downside of this hotel is the late night woman who relieved Ms Raven!!!! In all my years I've never came across a more Rude, CONFRONTATIONAL, Arrogant, Mouthy and SELF ENTITLED person as this one. She even parks her car in the entrance way, blocking acess for customers. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate an employee that is as disrespectful to customers and clients as this woman!!! She is the only reason I gave this bad review. That being said, the rest of the staff, each and all, were absolutely awesome.

The lady at the front desk was great. The rooms were clean, but dingy. Old carpet, paint, and bathroom fixtures. The wallpaper has seen better days too and needs to be cleaned or replaced. I probably would stay somewhere else if I were to come through again unless I knew that the rooms had been renovated.

Wonderful check-in and check-out experience, all with staff that seemed to genuinely care. Breakfast (hot) was good for a two star rated location, with excellent service as well. (Management should definitely give the breakfast staff a raise, or at least have two people on-hand during a holiday weekend.) Room was clean (including under UV). Pool was slightly over chlorinated, but hotel pools usually need to be. My only real concerns would be (a) AC unit tune-up in my room needed (staff informed on checkout) before true summer begins and (b) ventilation in the combination laundry / ice machine room on the third floor needs to be done. (The dryer in this room turns it into an absolute furnace.)
