A nice place to camp and get away. A porta potty outhouse type restroom so be sure to bring your own TP. Take a real quick drive down the road to the beautiful overlook

INCREDIBLE views. Absolutely regiment checking out. Bring some good hiking shoes as the terrain is very rocky but so beautiful.

Beautiful view from this overlook!! ? I stayed for a long time just watching how the lighting of the landscape changed as the clouds drifted overhead. This was a time I really wish I had a fancy camera that could capture the nuances of the different lighting.

Phenomenal. Could use a shade but absolutely breathtaking. Happy to see there is kore than just a drive to look. Met a family that was on their ATV today having a blast.

Beautiful views! A great place to relax while enjoying the view. Dirt road all the way up but in good condition, you can make it with any reasonable vehicle. I went on a weekday morning and had the place to myself for about a half hour before anyone else showed up.

This is a very cool place to go! It’s not easy to find and a long windy dirt road but totally worth the view from the top...and if you have a Jeep or 4X4 the trail off the back of the vista is pretty cool too. You can see a large section of lake Ouchita and the islands from here looking one way and a great sunset if you go at the right time. We went twice the same day to enjoy the views. Don’t miss it if you have an extra 30min.
