Needs a lot of work, the same worn out furniture when it was Days Inn. Bathroom was dirty and bathtub was slick, fell once due to this. Hole in the wall above sink. Patched ceiling falling apart over the shower head due to leak above. Refrigerator dirty and inches of ice. Dirt and mold on the exhaust fan. I have pictures, reported to motel 6 headquarters never heard back.

It's ok but there are a few things that need attention, the smoke alarm is gone hairdryer is busted and still in the room to use lol phone does not dial anyone just a tone that's all. The website says 54 dollars Expedia costs more, also keep that in mind the 54 dollars when you see what it costs on the room door to be here as a daily weekly or monthly renter it's double the amount. And the door card that has these rates on them isn't even the one for this room! Adding on to this the TV doesn't even work no internet.

As long as you have realistic expectations this motel is great for the price. The room itself was comfortable and the ac worked well which is what I was looking for. If I do more work in Morillton I will stay here again. There is also an amazing bar and grill in close proximity.

the room was decent and clean. the owners (a family) with two precious children go out of their way to help you with anything you need. they have a laundry room on site and it’s clean. the house keeping lady is so sweet and always make sure you have plenty coffee and freshly cleaned towels. it’s super quiet at night and during the day… there is a huge spot for big trucks to park if they want a hot meal and a warm shower this place is definitely a GO! tagging updated photos because i know that always helps!

Thank you for the stay and great service! My room was upstairs and on the end. I traveled to Petite Jean to see the beautiful views! Morrilton Inn had accommodations for pet and myself when I stopped in. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks again, we'll come back!

There were a couple dead roaches in one of the beds. Other than that, it was good enough to to get some sleep before we continued our trip.

Rooms are being renovated at the moment, so there is construction debris around. However, the rooms are beautiful for the price. It's a small business, but you wouldn't be able to tell because the renovations are amazing. Building is an old Days Inn, but the updates definitely have you forgetting you're in a small town. 10/10 will stay again.

Hotel cancelled my reservation on Expedia days before my trip. Called and they acknowledged yes they did that. They refused to honor my Expedia reservation and would not renew my reservation. Very rude.
