This review is a few months late because I don’t even know how to begin to put into words about how we feel about Allison! My husband and I would both recommend her to everyone - we hired Allison to plan our wedding reception. Our ceremony was in Canada the week prior to our reception and we also lived out of state. Even with those two challenges, she handled absolutely everything and when we we’re in Canada for our ceremony I wasn’t worried one bit because everything was taken care of and if it wasn’t I trusted Allison to handle it.

Our ceremony was colorful, bold and exactly what we wanted. Allison made my vision come to life with the wedding decor, layout, etc. Planning with her was FUN - she was equally excited about things as I was and I loved that.

On the day of our wedding reception she truly make everything seem so effortless - every single detail was taken care of. She is very hands on and committed.

I can honestly say having Allison made our wedding so much more fun and enjoyable and we had zero stress the day of - even with the rain! - She allowed my husband and I to be truly present and enjoy every second of that night. We really believe that she is 100% worth the money to hire her - you won’t regret it.

Allison truly made our wedding day a success. My husband and I had a backyard wedding which requires a large amount of your own planning, decorations, ideas, logistics, etc. We thought we could handle it on our own but within two days of hiring Allison, we knew our money was SO worth her time. She immediately made us feel so good about the day and eliminated so many last minute jitters. We had our rehearsal dinner on Friday, at which I booked a place in the wrong town, and Allison was able to book in a new location within an hour of us needing to go! We also had concerns with our original caterer and Allison was able to find a replacement that checked all our boxes within a month of the wedding!

On the day of the wedding, she truly made sure absolutely everything was perfect. We had a hard time with our DJ and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with every single detail from the breakfasts for the bridal party to the very last song played on the dance floor.

Allison truly made my wedding so much more fun than it would have been without her. She took all of our stress away and made everything perfect. I cannot recommend Allison enough. I was so grateful to have her throughout our wedding planning stages. If you are looking for someone to guide you through your wedding planning to a perfect wedding day, Et Voila Events is absolutely the way to go. She is truly the one vendor where I 100% felt my money was well spent.

The best advice I could offer a bride or couple in anticipation of their wedding would be to hire Allison and her team. We originally hired Allison in November of 2019 in hopes of having a dreamy northwoods WI wedding. Allison went above and beyond creating a venue out of nothing and making our dream into a reality. Once COVID hit, it was clear our day wasn’t going to happen as planned. We spoke with Allison and though we weren’t sure what was going to happen, every time we were unsure Allison was always confident and supportive that our day would eventually happen just as we wanted it. Over almost two years and three venues, Allison became pretty much part of the family. Her communication and professionalism is beyond compare. She makes sure every single detail is completely covered. Leading up to the wedding, she was always three steps ahead in the planning. On the day of the wedding- there was not one moment I had to think about or worry about because Allison had taken care of everything. The day was completely seamless, with Allison having spoke with and coordinated with every single vendor. It was truly the best day of our lives and there is no doubt that is because of Et Voilà Events. I have and will always tell everyone that Allison is the best decision we made throughout our wedding process. Not only did we find the best wedding planner ever- we made a true dear friend that I know we will keep in touch with for years to come.

To put it simply, Allison was a DREAM to work with!

We hired Allison as our wedding planner for some assistance in January of 2020 for our July 2020 wedding. We were having communication issues with our venue and Allison IMMEDIATELY got on board and was the best advocate for us. She has custom packages tailored to your specific needs as a couple which was perfect for us as we had already hired several vendors. She was very hands on with vendors we had already hired and finding the perfect florist for us.

Then came COVID. We are so grateful to have had Allison on our team when we were forced to replan our wedding and make drastic, significant changes to the day. She handled everything gracefully, professionally, and transparently and was ALWAYS available for our never ending questions and concerns.

Then came the wedding day. We also hired Allison for our design and she literally made our ideas come to life. The ambiance she created was incredible and our guests were blown away. The day was straight out of a fairytale book and I’ll be eternally grateful.

If you are debating hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and hire Allison. I promise you won’t regret it!

Allison and her team went above and beyond the statement of work and truly cared about our happiness. Allison worked with us for a year and a half, planning and replanning and replanning our wedding which happened to fall during COVID. She helped us find vendors, confirm vendors, change our plans to accommodate COVID best practices, helped us last-minute move everything outside, helped us stay positive, helped with moving guest counts, and ALL the uncertainty. She was positive, easy to work with, and on top of everything. During the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about one thing because Allison and her team were ON. TOP. OF. IT. I work in design, so I hold aesthetics to a very high standard. Allison displayed all of my creations and brought my vision to life. She was able to work within budgets and recommend vendors she's vetted herself. She's a joy to work with and better yet, an amazing person.
