I was an out-of-state bride who had visited our wedding venue (The Pearl in Rosemary) many times but could have never had the level of expertise that Megan brought to our event. Mēgan was great at understanding our budget and what was most important to us for our big day. She was able to provide incredible insights and guidance on every local vendor that we chose.

The entire weekend of events was beautiful and ran so smooth, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She is incredible at keeping everything organized and on task during the planning process and it truly becomes an enjoyable experience. It made our day so much fun and relaxing knowing that every detail was taken care of.

Beyond her expertise in wedding planning, she is also such a kind and fun person who was so enjoyable to work with. We are forever grateful for her hard work and the unforgettable memories Mēgan helped create!!

Mēgan was an absolutely amazing wedding planner! From start to finish, she took care of every detail, ensuring that the entire process was smooth and enjoyable as well as being extremely organized and professional. The wedding took place at a beach house, which posed some challenges with the setup, but Mēgan handled everything effortlessly, turning it into a perfect and beautifully coordinated event. On the wedding day, everything was flawless and completely stress-free for both the bride and the mother of the bride, which made the day even more special. I recently worked with Megan at a wedding, and I must say, with the past 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, she is an outstanding coordinator. She's on top of the details-- when we needed her, she was there. She makes decisions quickly and effectively, and knows the flow of the wedding day. She knew where everything was and took care of the brides details and was pretty much her "second hand" for the day. It really does take off a load from the bride & groom when they have the right coordinator. I highly recommend Megan K Events!

We're so glad we chose Megan (pronounce long E), ours was not your traditional wedding, it was our 25th anniversary. We chose the package that suited our busy schedules. Megan arranged everything, from dress alterations, hair & makeup, flowers, photography & videography, ceremony & reception set up, food & drinks and anything else we wouldn't have thought of. The best part was we were able to have the wedding & reception at our house-a beautiful, scenic log house, barn and lake venue. Most event planners have set venues they will only use, not Megan. She went above and beyond making our day special, there was nothing she couldn't handle-even some ridiculous requests. She always said "I'll make it happen" and she did. Her staff was equally as efficient. Megan was not just our wedding planner, she became our special sweet friend. Megan is such a wonderful person and an excellent wedding planner. Not only will she make you feel completely at ease during the planning process, but she is down to earth, practical and goes out of her way to help save money when it is possible while still planning the most beautiful event. I was absolutely blown away by her attention to detail and expertise. She had ideas I would have never thought of and brought such meaningful touches to our special day.
