This hotel needs some updates. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Shower didnt have good water pressure . They do have the dove soap , body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Our bed was kinda hard in 311 . The breakfast was good . The dinning area was very clean . They had a variety of things to choose from. I would stay at this location again if I needed to stay for the night .

I was involved in an incident on the property last weekend where I had to have someone removed from my room that was threatening my life so I went to the front desk checked out and the desk clerk said that she had to call the police and I said absolutely do so and so I left in my Uber I called back 3 hours later to find out the desk clerk had never called the police nor did she relay the information. They proceeded to charge me $250 for smoking in the room when I had already checked out and they were calling 911 to have the person removed they never called and he had three extra hours to damage to the room which he told me he was going to do and I told the desk clerk that there should have been more prompt action on their side to get him out of the room they said that was my responsibility but the desk clerk told me that was her responsibility to call 911 and get him removed what she did not do. So they charged me $250 for the smoking in the room and between the clerk the assistant manager the general manager and the corporate office I've been told that it's my responsibility because I let him in the room I think it's their responsibility because they said they were going to get him out of the room and did not do it. Would not recommend this hotel by any means very poor customer service.

They charged us 290.00 for a suit room for one night. Plus 150.00 for our three dogs. We expected to pay for the dogs but the room was not worth 290.00. One would expect for 290.00 dollars a much better room. The tub was yellow and scumy. My feet stuck to the tile floor that was cracked in several places. Paint was chipped. The outside of the door was all scratched up. I looked on this hotel price list on line and the price for a suit was 170.00 a night. The hotel is seriously out dated. I didn't dare shower or eat before we left. If they left the shower and floors nasty like they did who knows what thier food would be like. This place is a rip off. My daughter works at a hotel that charges we less and it's very clean and beautifully decorated. I think we were seriously over charged. We have never paid this much to stay at a hotel before especially on a week night.

The front staff was good and helpful. Rooms were dirty and bed sheets had stains. Changed my room 2 times. Place smells very bad. Save yourself some time and don’t book here as I had to cancel my reservation and move to the hotel next door.

The first room we were given hadn't been touched since the last guest. The second room was clean enough, though we had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch (the bag in the closet where they normally are was empty), additional towels (room could sleep six, there were 2 towels) and no towels at the pool. The cable wasn't HD so it really took you back to your younger years. The breakfast was so bad that we went to McDonald's after checking out: juice machine was broken (juice boxes in a mini fridge), waffle machine wasn't available (there was space for it), the biscuits must've been reheated for multiple days given they were hard as a rock and the cereal options were special k and raisin bran.

The staff was clearly frustrated. Front desk folks were kind but weren't able to fully address most issues (I genuinely felt bad for them). The housekeeping staff wasn't friendly, but I couldn't blame them, given the circumstances. The front desk couldn't offer any kind of refund, voucher, etc. other than an apology (again, it isn't their fault and I didn't push the issue, though another guest was very irate while checking out).

I was very glad we were only booked for one night, so we just dealt with it. The owners + management team should be ashamed of the conditions guests are subjected to given how the hotel is advertised.

Rooms were big, beds were average. Breakfast and service were terrible. I went down to have breakfast a little before they said breakfast would be over and they had already cleaned all the hot foods out. The worst part was the lady that was already putting everything up mumbling under her breath "you are too late fella." Thought I might at least get some pancakes, but the machine was broke and they continued to clean out the pastry cabinet next to me as I tried to get it to work. This was not what I expected for the price I paid for the room.

Very disappointing. The hotel lobby and front desk was nice, but that is where it ends. Our first room smelled musky, which we found out was due to a really bad wet carpet in front of the AC. Our replacement room had only 1 trash can, 2 towels, no coffee, and the door was hard to close. On top of that, there was long black hairs left on the shower wall. The breakfast area juice dispenser and pancakes maker were broke. The elevator call button on the forth floor was broke. Multiple floors had carpet stains. I normally don't leave reviews, but felt I had to for this hotel to warn others. I only wish I looked at the other reviews before booking myself.

This just might be the overall nicest of all the HIEs I've stayed in over the past twenty or so years. Although they all have the same breakfast it was uncommonly good here. Special thanks to Dana at the front desk for her friendly help and advice.
