We hired Kristin as our day-of planner for our wedding on June 1, 2024, but it truly felt like she was with us every step of the way. Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple calls to perfect our timeline, and she effectively communicated all updates with our vendors.

On the wedding day, Kristin came fully prepared. Everything ran seamlessly thanks to her. We stuck to the timeline, got all of our photos in, and she ensured the evening ran just as smoothly - all while capturing the day simultaneously. Kristin was ready for every situation and expertly managed a lively bridal party. She handled all the day-of details, including distributing envelopes, arranging place cards, and even providing us with mints before walking down the aisle. We highly recommend Kristin if you want to enjoy your special day without worrying about the small stuff.

We worked with Kristin who went above and beyond to help us with everything we could need! From 3 months out she was available, made timelines, and reached out to vendors. She was instrumental the day of, making sure we had everything with us as well as coordinating a ton of behind the scene logistics. Kristin from Deborah Minarik Events was an absolute superhero leading up to and the day of my wedding! In the weeks prior, she was in constant communication, helping me craft my timeline and asking all the questions I hadn't even thought about. Day of, she was always there when I needed her, and made expert game time decisions so I didn't have to. She even snapped photos throughout the day so I could have a little snapshot of the day to look back on while I waited for my professional photos to come in. My husband and I got married in June 2022 at Bourne Mansion. I found Deborah through the geotag feature on Instagram. We had been looking for wedding inspiration while planning and were reluctant to hire a planner because of the cost. Deborah came highly recommended through Miriam, the director at Bourne, and other brides throughout New York. We hopped on a phone with Deb and her team and we were stunned by her honesty and kindness. Due to our budget, we decided to retain Deb and her team for day-of coordination. I have to say, it was one of the best decisions we made. Even though we contracted only for day-of services, Deb and her team were always available to answering the multitude of questions we had for them. They were always open to get on the phone to explain A and B to us. On the day of our wedding - we were assigned Suzanne C. from Deb's team, who worked to ensure our day went perfectly. She made sure most of the photos on our photo/video shot-lists were taken. Our ceremony ran seamlessly as did cocktail hour and the little bits of our reception (i.e., parent dances, cake-cutting, bouquet toss, wrap-up). Also - we received over 1000+ photos from our photographer, as a result of Suzanne's hard work coordinating! It must be Deb's experience running giant weddings - we could not have asked for a more perfect evening wedding. Thank you Deb and Suzanne!

Where do I begin. For the last year and a half we planned my daughter’s destination wedding in Jupiter Florida. We had meetings and FaceTime meetings and meetings about our meetings. All the time Deb takes it in stride, kept us calm, & organized. Her amazing knack for detail and her fantastic personality makes everything seem easy.
I am thrilled to say the wedding was 1 week ago at the beautiful Pelican Club and it was perfect in every way.

With every little hiccup that happened ( I forgot the veil at the hotel ) Deb said “ I will be right back “ and literally flew to the hotel and never skipped a beat. And when the lights were broken at our Meet n Greet poolside and we were in the dark she ran to hotel rooms and had floor lamps set up before the hotel staff knew what was happening.

Deborah was my incredible during my planning process & kept everything in line the day of our wedding. She is always so calm, while I am the totally not. She guided us to complete all items/tasks leading up to the day of, I always felt like she had our best interest at heart. She thought of small details that were not on my radar as the bride trying to handle a million things. I appreciate her expertise & how knowledgeable she is. Honestly don't know what we would've done without Deborah. We hired Deborah as our day of planner for our wedding and she was absolutely beyond amazing. Her attention to detail and calming attitude helped make our wedding flawless. She handles everything from beginning to end and was always there for any questions we had leading up to the big day. Aside from her being amazing at her job she is just such a nice person to be around. I am so happy we hired Deborah, she helped make our wedding perfect. I decided to look into a day of coordinator later in the wedding planning process. Everyone online had recommended Deb and her team, now I understand why! They said she was the best of the best, especially for the Bourne Mansion! Everyone was right! Deb took time to reassure me and listen to me vent during the hectic & stressful months leading up to the wedding. She guided me throughout the planning process and always made herself available for any questions/concerns I had. When wedding day came, she arrived to my hotel room and I immediately could relax knowing my wedding day was in good hands! It was so important to my mom and me (type A/controlling LOL) that we could be relaxed and hands off on wedding day. Deb made sure everything was taken care of (exactly how I had envisioned) and we were carefree. It was easy to let go of control and stay calm once I met Deb. My mom and I both agreed—we felt like queens! If you are a bride and considering a day of coordinator/planning services, hire Deb! She was absolutely stellar, we cannot rave about her enough!
