We had a funeral event that we wanted to send flowers to a dear friend in her families time of loss, placed an order with this business 7 days before the delivery was planned. One day before they cancelled and stated they were unable to make the delivery. This is a horrible business practice. We were unable to get any flowers to the family at the time of wake/celebration of life. We honestly tried to use local first, ended up last minute placing order with 1 800 company that is also arriving past event. Shame on you for causing a grief filled time to be harder. The associate was also rude when they let us know that they were out of the delivery at the last minute. Do not do business with this group.
