Rooms are always clean the staff is always very pleasant I really have a good time staying there. I spend one to two days a week there. The morning staff is always ready with my receipt, and I've actually got to personally know them. I go above and beyond to take care of my needs.

I stayed here for two days, the location of the hotel is convenient and close to a lot of places. The room was nice and the hotel as a whole is presentable but you could hear a lot of noise from neighbors and the elevators are really loud. The breakfast is not good, I got biscuits and gravy and it was cold and the worst I’ve ever had. And not to mention when I was checking out I left my AirPods in my room so I went back to get them and housekeeping already came to the room and took them. I asked the other housekeepers and they didn’t know anything. Don’t recommend staying here.

I have no idea how this hotel is a plus! It's very dated! The bathroom smelled like urine. The tub was chipping, the tv/refrigerator stand is rotting and falling apart! The AC works great and the bed was comfortable if you could get past the rest of the room and the terrible wet dog smell in the hallways!

Had a great stay for a long day! We had forgotten to buy some snacks and they had a variety of great snack selections. Staff was very friendly and even moved us to a better room once we arrived. Breakfast staff was very nice and great. The overall atmosphere was immaculate! Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are staying short term in town. The area had easy access to restaurants and a fun night club nearby. I felt safe in the area with no disturbances in the air.

I'll give it four stars because the rooms were large and clean, I stayed here overnight when I got here I noticed my coffee pot was broken and for some wierd reason they didn't have a backup, I mean come on, have a closet full of new ones for this reason, after asking twice they did move me to a suite so I was no disappointed, breakfast was fine, no issues, overall a good stay.

There were crickets in my bathroom, water shooting on floor and toilet while taking a shower. There was a hole exposed on wall near floor where the carpet was detached in the bedroom and another detached area near air conditioner. My son said there were crickets in the main lobby as well. I spoke to Tammy at the front desk. I got no apology or concern at all. So as you can imagine the noise crickets make. I was awaken from 1:30 am knowing there were insects in the next room making their noise. I couldn't relax at all. I had to leave early that morning but once I returned, I got my son to kill the bugs. I was on the 4th floor. I do have photos but didn't download to computer.

I stay here sometimes twice a week, wonderful staff. Nice clean rooms and they work hard to keep things running smoothly.

Clean facilities, decent breakfast, great coffee machine, and nice staff. Breakfast was better than a continental, but ran out of items quickly. Room was clean, furniture and tvneed updates, but worked well enough.
