Favorite thing was the bathroom, weird o know. But had big bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Never seen that in a hotel before.

There was one staff member that called me by name every time he saw me. I liked that. He wished me well for my surgery as well. That was the reason for my stay. I had major surgery the next day.

Another great La Quinta stay on our road trip. Everything was clean, the food was great, and the staff was friendly. We even got a little entertainment from the dancing sweeper. LOL As I sat in the lobby area, I noticed that all the staff was working. Even the manager at the front desk picked up a broom when there were no customers to check in or out. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely stay again in the future.

I thought the rooms were very clean and the hotel is in a nice area. The Hot breakfast was SHOCKINGLY good for a hotel breakfast, keep using whatever potatoes you're using! I couldn't get enough of them. We stayed for two nights and both mornings the breakfast selection was great. Its within 5 minute driving distance from tons of restaurants and shops.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was above average. The bed was comfortable and room appeared clean. However, I woke up in the morning and have several bed bug bites all over my arms. They are not mosquito bites and hurt more than anything. I definitely did not have these bites on my body before I went to bed last night and they were there first thing in the morning. I stayed in room 206.

Nice and clean, and in a great location with restaurants and the University nearby. The only bad thing was how slow and disinterested the oversized blonde checking me in was. Asked us to go sit in the lobby when there was literally no line.

Kimberly the breakfast lady was so nice and accommodating. The front desk was also very helpful and kind. The room was new and very clean, comfortable bed, nice walking shower. Laquita you got this one right!

As a Platinum Wyndham member there are specific standards and criteria I look for at my hotel stays. The Laquinta in Jonesboro was a fabulous stay with GREAT Staff, clean and updated rooms, and a great fresh breakfast. Special shoutout to Tamera and Sampson for providing exceptional customer service. It was also nice to have local restaurants and bars nearby! I’ll be back soon! Great Job!

Great experience. Pet friendly ($25) Room decor nice quality. Comfy beds. Large bathroom. Breakfast was great- it was Sun so may not be the same offerings M-F. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, Waffles, cereal, bagels etc. Definitely recommend.
