I am supposed to stay at this hotel for 4 nights with my husband Mr. N Carroll but I just couldn’t stop myself from writing this review.
The moment I walked into my double queen suite, I was in awe with how clean/spotless the room is. It’s a beautifully designed and well put together room. It has all the features that anyone would need to work remotely from their hotel room. The breakfast buffet is amazing with healthy food options like yogurt and fruits. It’s my first time visiting Arkansas and very first time staying at this hotel but I will definitely come back again. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Thank you everyone for your great hospitality.

Pam and Loretta are always so happy and helpful. They both always make my family and I feel so welcome with their hospitality!!! They're a big part of why we keep coming back to the Embassy!!! We love how clean it is and we refuse to stay anywhere else when we visit Arkansas!!!
Amanda also makes us feel so welcome!!! She was the 1st person I met upon reservation and she was extremely helpful and continues to do as such!!! Thank You So Much For Always Making My Family & I Feel So Welcomed Every Time!!! CAN'T WAIT TO MAKE OUR NEXT RESERVATION!!! ❤️

We were on our way, as a family, to drop off our son at the University of Mississippi for his first year, so it was kind of a sad and happy trip in that respect. However, our time at this hotel was something that we all enjoyed together. This was in large part due to the wonderful employees - from the front desk, the breakfast and dinner staff, and the staff in the adjoining Houlihan's. The hotel itself is beautiful with plenty of parking. Check in was easy, friendly, and accurate. I would like to say how much the complimentary dinner and breakfast were appreciated - especially after spending nearly 7-8 hours on the road. The room was comfortable and quiet. We did have to ask for extra towels and blankets, and they were very nice about that. The complimentary snacks and beverages in the room also were greatly appreciated. If you do need to leave the hotel for something, it is close to shops and stores. Billing was accurate and check out was very easy as well. This will be our hotel of choice when traveling back and forth over the next couple of years.

The staff was awesome and the breakfast was great I really enjoyed my made to order omelette. Zane and the other cook ( I forgot to get his name) were friendly and great at what they did. The lady in charge of the after hour snacks and front desk was friendly also. You have an amazing staff. I had stayed at an Embassy suite in Kansas that left a bad impression but this site has made me rethink the Embassy Suites. I would stay again.

We visit frequently and are never disappointed! The front desk staff is extremely helpful. The team that serves breakfast makes every morning great! Pam and Loretta always find a way to put a smile on everyone’s face. They are kind and helpful without fail. I look forward to seeing them on each visit!

Our stay was great! I used to live in Jonesboro and the service made me miss it! Pamela and Loretta from the dining hall went wonderful! They made us feel very welcome and helped up with anything we needed help with! They constantly checked to make sure we were good as well, y’all have two magnificent team members, I’ll be back again just because of how welcome they made me feel! Thank yall!!!! ❤️

Hotel and room were clean. The soundproofing of the room was very good. The room was big and spacious enough for our family of 5. The wifi was good everywhere in the hotel. The hot breakfast was very good with a lot choice and a nice made to order egg and omelette bar. Best of all was the service. Every employees we met during our stay, from the reception to the breakfast staff and the room cleaning staff was polite, nice, made you feel welcome and were always ready to help. We will definitely stay there again if we stop by Jonesboro.
