Simply put, my room was poorly cleaned. The floors were sticky with something that could have come up with a mop, there was literally food stuck to the ground in the middle of the walkway, and there were a few things in the closet from the previous person. I used points for a free stay so I can only be slightly upset, but it was very unprofessional. (Room 324)

Even though you were in the process of renovating everything , and your hotel looks outdated, customer service is king. Free laundry, things like this elevates anything else in my mind. Keep up the great work. The only thing I wish your chain had was a continental breakfast. Would be worth the extra monies.

I booked the room in November for the eclipse. Had no idea they were doing renovations. Apparently the third floor hasn’t been updated yet based on our room. Limited parking due to construction equipment everywhere. Reading the reviews since my stay it seems to be taking a long time! Staff were friendly. Definitely have stayed in nicer IHG properties.

Very nice! Well kept! The front desk clerks are very friendly and the housekeepers are super nice and do a good job! They make you feel at home when you are there!

Chantal & Vicky, 5 stars. All day. Just arrived and I'm jealous Chantal treats everyone with her gracious and energetic personality! It is almost 10 PM CST and I came from Florida. I wish I could find half her energy at my age and I'M ONLY 35.

I'm only upset that Vicky got to work, I took a nap, and I'll see her before she leaves in the morning.

Beware of Joslyn!!! Came to my room to get my card information to put into her PHONE. Couldn’t believe it! Just got out of the shower Beating on my door saying she didn’t have information. Shouldn’t they get that when you check in Scary. Always stay here cause I teach about every 3 months.

All the staff was very friendly. A lady named Teri saw me trying to get into laundry room. She went above and beyond to help get my key card issue fixed.
