The staff goes above and beyond to make it feel like home for our resident's and not only that our staff is also there for each other and our community. This facility is the best there is when it comes to caring for your loved one. They have an amazing staff, delicious food, and a clean and friendly environment. They are friendly and compassionate. They go above and beyond for the care of the residents. From rehab, long term care, respite care and hospice care, this place will meet all of your needs. I have worked for this company for 14 years and plan on being here for many more.

Johnson County Health and Rehab is the cleanest facility around. Very well put together. The love and compassion shown to residents is something everybody wants when placing their loved ones in a nursing home. Nurses, CNA’s, dietary, environmental, and maintenance work together in a combined effort to keep the facility up and running smoothly.

Johnson County Health and Rehab has the best Administrator and a Team of Nurses and CNA that goes above the call of duty for staff and Residents. Housekeeping keeps our facility clean. Our maintenance team makes sure we feel safe. Our kitchen staff make sure they cook meals for our Residents. To make them feel like they are at home. Our social director has an amazing relationship with residents and their families. We have an activity department where we specialize in group activities one on one. We plan parties weddings etc. Staff treat Residents with the upmost respect. Working in health care is never easy but we try to strive to take care our the people who build this country.

My daughter helps out there from time to time with one of the residents & says they are so understaffed that they don’t have enough people to help. Many times, there are no clean linens & not enough staff at night. I know this facility makes very good income & it’s a shame they have no incentive for workers or do not hire the amount of people needed. They seriously need better management.

This facility is a great facility which is filled with staff who provides excellent care to the residents. I have had the privilege to meet the best group of nurses and CNAs to provide the best care and treat the residents like family.

JCHR is hands down one of the best places to put your loved ones, for rehab or LTC. Staff is amazing works together as a team to insurance each resident is being taken care of.
