We had our wedding at Horseshoe Knot, and it was amazing! If you’re looking for a wedding venue, this is the place. Melinda was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. We had a blast and received so many compliments from our family and friends about how awesome the venue and staff were. Melinda’s knowledge was invaluable, pointing out details we would have missed. We highly recommend Horseshoe Knot for your wedding.

The Horseshoe Know was the perfect venue for our wedding. Melinda had it all, from phenomenal staff to luxurious facilities, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! She truly makes you feel like a VIP throughout the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We hosted our ceremony at the far corner and despite the weather Melinda made sure I got my little girl dream wedding of having an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour was down by the gazebo with the little treat of one of her preferred vendors to surprise all of our guests, then the reception was inside the barn beautifully lit with hanging lights and chandeliers that could not have been more perfect. Guests were in awe of the view despite the rain we encountered throughout our magical day, along with how every detail was perfectly executed. We could not recommend the Horseshoe Knot Event Center more, and can't wait to return for future celebrations. It's definitely well worth the investment for a beautiful, love-filled day! I could not recommend this venue enough as Melinda ensured our dreams came to life!

Melinda was truly amazing Horseshoe knot was set up beautifully. We Got married this past Saturday 5/11/2024 it was a stormy day (most people would have moved inside). We told her we wanted it outside. Let me say i’ve never seen a venue work so hard and move so fast to make sure everything and every one was set up and ready outside between the storms to make sure we could have our dream day. They played in the rain with us for pictures and umbrellas at the ready. Her and her team were so beyond perfect!!

I have done multiple weddings at The Horseshoe Knot Event Center and each is magical. The perfect West Texas country vibe paired with the elegance of the twinkling lights makes this venue stand out. The coordinator/owners are wonderful. I also love the indoor/outdoor capabilites because this is West Texas and you never know if it is going to be beautiful or 50 mph wind gusts. You cannot go wrong at the horseshoe knot.

Our wedding was last night, but I HAD to post our review immediately! Melinda, Brett and their staff were absolutely amazing and so fun to work with. It rained on our wedding day, and we had planned for an outdoor ceremony, and even though most owners would have immediately just packed it in to move us inside, Melinda stayed watching the weather doppler to see if we could at least have a window of sunlight for our ceremony before we made the ultimate decision to move inside. She and her team are so knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and we honestly couldn’t have planned our wedding without their help. Everyone was such a joy to talk with and made all of our guests and family feel so welcome! This was the first AND ONLY venue I looked at, and I’m so elated with our decision! Our wedding was gorgeous and we couldn’t have had such a fun and beautiful wedding without Melinda, Brett, Casey, the bar staff and security!
Thank y’all so much for everything! You made our dream wedding happen and I’ll never forget it ?

This venue was amazing! Sadly the owner was a nightmare! She screamed at my sister for dropping a vase. I understand it’s upsetting that it’s at a loss, but I sent her $300 before the wedding to cover any damages. The vase was only $100 to replace. She repeatedly yelled at us and my family member. Yes it is a beautiful venue, but Melinda is just too much to handle that it wasn’t worth it.

My wife and I just got married Memorial Day weekend at the HK and this venue is second to none. Owners Melinda and Brett were the first to warmly welcome and accept us (we are two women and had issues at two other venues) to their venue and made the whole process from booking and payment to day of and everything in between seamless! Price is reasonable and includes decorations and bar access and so much more, and there are bridal shows and other opportunities they give you to have a discount (booking venue within the week of visiting). They are such a fun couple and this venue is absolutely gorgeous. We are so thankful for HK in making our wedding day so special! Since wedding day was so windy, there was an option to move indoors which would have been just as beautiful, and makes for a great option if the Lubbock weather decides to be crazy! We LOVE Melinda and Brett and the HK! 10/10 would highly recommend this venue!!! You will not be disappointed!!
