Never Never & NEVER. Just leave this
Shipper alone. Let them move their own freight. Unnecessary long delays with no explanation and broker insists that you cannot talk to shipper or anybody. Absolutely nastiest slowest shipper in the State of Arkansas. NO AMENITIES AT ALL - EVEN A PORT A POTTY.

By appointment. Rude old uncle, but the forklift guys are good. Park on the street and call the number posted to sign in. Keep calling until they don't answer . 45 minutes to load. No washroom

Hello everyone..let me give those of you my 10 cents braking news.
I see a lot of complaints about this company
But some of you are just not being fair here.
They maybe short on parking space but there is plenty of space to park if you show up on time and take your turn like you are supposed to ?
As for rest rooms?
Do your part first before you critique others
Don't swallow a few pizzas before you go pick up a load.
It's kinda like don't feed your dog before you take it to a vet or a groomer
This company hired you to haul their freight not to take you on a tour?
We have loaded freight for the military the most organized organization on this planet and yeah they didn't have a bathroom there. Or a movie theater & abag of popcorn for me .
Shake it off wana be a trucker but don't know how. The world doesn't owe you a living stop spitting out mis information like a bad washing machine in a laundromat.

Arrived early for 0900 appointment. Out at 1130. People were nice. You wait outside the gate until you are given your dock assignment. Turning is a bit cramped, but there is plenty of room between trucks. No bathroom, vending machines, or trash can.

Not bad al all. The check in process is very simple. Not even necessary to go in the shipping office, just follow the instructions on the sign close to the truck entrance. The staff members I spoke with with were very courteous and professional. My total loading time from checking to check out was just over 2 hours. That was my experience here, hopefully it will be yours as well. Thank you for reading my reviews. Y'all be safe! It's jungle out there.
