Jess is an incredible event coordinator and one of the hardest-working professionals I've had the pleasure of collaborating with. Over the past few months, we partnered on a styled wedding shoot in the mountains for an event space, working together to coordinate models, liaise with vendors, and create a comprehensive content package for the client. Jess Cowden and aesthetic event planning made everything about both planning and the wedding weekend go so smoothly and she lifted SO much stress off of my shoulders. She met with me countless times to go over decor, timing, and all the little details. She brought inventory of her own for signage, center pieces, and decor for me to choose from and use at no extra cost. She guided me on what to order from Etsy, amazon, and Costco and had me order everything to her house. She put together all of the decor at her home and transported it to the venue. She even picked up all my bouquets from a florist she recommended the morning of the wedding as well. She coordinated with all my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. My wedding venue nearly burned down 2 weeks before our wedding in a wildfire and she was so quick to reach out and offer to start moving/rescheduling, I didn’t have to lift a finger (luckily the ranch didn’t burn down!).

Day of, she brought her lovely husband with her and set everything up and tore it down for both the ceremony and reception. My family and I didn’t have to think about anything - she made sure all important items (framed photos, bouquets, etc) were packed away safely.

I could go on for days about how amazing Jess was and how she made our wedding day feel absolutely flawless. I am so beyond grateful for everything she did!!! I would recommend Aesthetic Event Planning to absolutely anyone looking to have a stress free, gorgeous wedding.

Hands down, the best wedding planner out there! I had a destination wedding in Colorado, and Jessica helped us every single step of the way! We had to change venues eight months out, and Jessica helped us find a new venue that we loved more than the original. Our wedding day went perfect! Jessica made sure everything was in order, and we didn’t have to worry about anything! If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t do it without her!

As a wedding DJ, I work with a lot of planners, and I have to say......
Jess is the absolute best in the business!!! I worked with her and her team on a wedding in Aspen a couple weeks ago and WOW WOW WOW! She stayed in constant communication with me throughout the event helping me stay on top of announcements and keeping the guests informed during the evening. This wedding had a lot of moving parts, including a ceremony on top of the mountain that could only be accessed by chairlift. Jess handled all the logistics and moving parts like a pro, never breaking a sweat and always with a smile on her face. She made it so easy for me to do my job, I was able to focus all my energy on giving the couple a dance party they'd never forget. The Bride & Groom were so busy praising Jess and thanking her for all her wonderful work at the end of the night, that they made themselves late for their own sendoff. I cannot stress enough how awesome of event planners Jess and her team are, ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS and masters of their craft.

You are absolutely in the right place if you are looking for a wedding event planner who will be with you every step of the way. As the mother of the bride, I cannot express how grateful I was for Jess as my daughter began the planning process. Her support, attention to detail and experienced guidance created a joyful, stress free environment all the way through the wedding night. She was not only there for the bride and groom, she and her husband helped me with logistics and details from moving plants I had grown from the wedding site to the reception to putting comfortable shoes under my chair at the reception. Jess has an amazing eye for decor and aesthetic detail plus a heart full of support and determination to make all the steps leading up to as well as the event of a lifetime one of confidence and complete joy. I met Jess while working a wedding along side her, recommended her to my best friend and then hired her when I got engaged shortly after. I've seen her absolutely crush it at 3 weddings now! She went above and beyond what I expected and truly made our day!! She kept me on track through the process, made recommendations for design and vendors (who were all amazing) and was the best person to work with through it all! I don't have the words to express how grateful we are to have had her by our side and I'll tell everyone who will listen how amazing she was! The worst wedding "planner" I've ever seen in my life, inciting stress pretty much the whole weekend. The first sentence in their company bio is "taking away stress of event planning"... yikes.

Didn't show up to the rehearsal. On day of wedding, she sent hair people, makeup people, and photographers to wrong bridal suite getting ready, which totally threw off the first part of the wedding day. Ran the lift at the wrong time, sent the photographers to the wrong location for the ceremony, was barely seen at the actual time of the wedding. DO NOT waste your money on this. Disappeared during reception. Didn't make sure cake was cut and served.
List goes on...
When asked for simple requests, seemed panicked (transport items for bride from ceremony to reception, which she had a car). Freaked out the bride the whole weekend and did NOT seem in control.

Ended up ruining the wedding for the bride and the entire bride's family.
