My husband and I worked with Leanne at Jewell Event Design, LLC to plan the perfect wedding for us in particular! Where we had a vision for what we wanted, she worked hard to make that vision a reality; where we didn't have opinions beyond "we want it to be nice" she took us in hand and used her expertise and contacts to make things nicer than we knew how to ask for. In the months before our wedding, her project plan and regular check-ins made sure that every detail was accounted for. When we were tired from planning a wedding and living real life at the same time, she summoned the energy and good cheer to get us across the finish line! The weekend of our events, she was invariably the first person onsite and the last person to leave, making sure that everything was perfectly set up and then cleaned up so that we could just enjoy our wedding and our friends and family. Leanne enthusiastically embraced our queer family, and she found us vendors who did the same. Her pricing was very reasonable for the high level of service she delivered. A few of our guests approached us individually afterwards to say it was the best wedding they'd ever attended, and Leanne is a huge part of how that happened!

Leanne Jewell was communicative, timely, professional, helpful, and I saw the behind-the-scenes level of detail she put in to ensuring that her clients had a beautiful day. She also took the time to include our babysitter team in the headcount for the catered meal. She cared for each person involved in this event and made sure everyone had what they needed. From my very first phone conversation with Leanne, I knew she was the DOC for us. She was practical, honest, and funny - a breath of fresh air. I soon learned that she knows EVERYONE in the event and wedding industry in Colorado, and she worked her connections to make our wedding go off without a hitch, while saving us time, money, and worry. Each one of her vendor recommendation was gold. Even though we didn't book a full planning package, Leanne went above and beyond for us, and in the last two months before the wedding she was our rock - always available and quick to reply to texts or emails. She called me more often than I called her - she is just that amazing.

- Sending her assistant to our house to find and get our cake topper, which we forgot to bring the day of the wedding.
- Solving a crazy misunderstanding with our musician the day before the wedding, overcoming the language barrier, while keeping us calm and up-to-date on the situation.
- Hooking us up with our florist, who did an amazing job for a really affordable price.
- Organizing and orchestrating our rehearsal (with our families, not an easy feat).
- Hooking me up with honestly the best hairstylist in the world...
