I am always amazed with this company and their entire team. This was the 3rd time that I booked with them and I’m just looking forward to my next event just to be able to see what they can create for me. This most recent event, was my end of year company party and I didn’t even know how I wanted the setup to be. All I knew was the color balloons that I wanted and a children’s play area, they definitely did not disappoint. Before booking with them the first time, I quoted other companies and they were the most affordable within the realm of options that they offer. My staff absolutely loved the setup and even ended up booking with them after. A few days before the event, they let us know the time they would be arriving. The day of there were changes to the delivery time due to an afternoon shower (it was a night event). Everything went smoothly and they communicated along the way.

We have worked with brightside events twice now & each time was more magical then the one before, her attention to detail brings her creations to life. They set up everything, we enjoyed ourselves and then they came and picked it up, it was the smoothest easiest birthday party experience ever!! So glad we found them, will be contacting her for every party and decor need!! They go above and beyond to bring your ideas to life in a way that will have your birthday girl or boy over the moon with excitement and your guests asking when’s the next party. As a mom my strength is in informing her what theme my child wants & trusting the process and leaving the rest in her and the teams hands! I said lion king & she came up with this, then I said the Wish movie & with zero inspiration she came up with this. They are the best as we have used others before but it felt like we had to tell them what to do every step of the way, all I told brightside events was a theme the rest was handled!

Love working with Brightside events ✨ They did my daughter’s Backdrop for her 2nd bday and it was an amazing job! They made my dream come true of having an interactive tic-tac-toe board , a candy wall and a magnetic abc board! We also booked a bubble dome that really made our entrance POP ✨

If you are looking for a great company to add that WOW factor to your event, then this is the place to go. I have never hired anyone to do my parties and this was my first and will be my go to from now on. They made my daughter’s birthday amazing. Everyone was amazed as they walked in. My 2 year old as well as other kids enjoyed the bounce house and ball pit with the slide very much!!!! This was a big hit! Thank you so much!

Booked with bright side events for my daughter’s first birthday.I’m surprised by all the positive reviews.My experience was great until it came for the day of the party,the day before I was told there may be inclement weather so I should either cancel or set up inside if I have space.We agreed that we would watch the weather since I didn’t want it inside,I was told that we would push the party back an hr to accommodate the weather instead of at 11 they would arrive at 2pm that was the final agreement.The day of the party I received a call exactly at 11 to set up wasn’t expecting that since we agreed on 2pm based on the rain forecast anyway I agreed and allowed the one man to do the set up it was a big red flag for me because a man was doing the set up by himself.The balloons were pre organized and if I’m being honest they looked recycled from another party they didn’t look freshly blown up,as he was setting up it started to rain as predicted so we paused the set up.First of all he didn’t know and could not use his own judgement for a proper placement he had no sense of esthetics and decor you could tell he was a novice.He just dragged the stuff in and set up right in from the door which did not give the kids room to move around freely when asked if he could push it back a little more he said “I’d have to take the whole thing down” which he didn’t it could have easily been slid up.anyway when he was done the whole set up looked a mess there was no thought in placement or the decor it was all white and off white pieces that looked very dirty and worn out.I asked for a ballon arch for the bounce house in my contract I didn’t get one I was mad because nothing seemed to have come together , on top of that the balls in the pit was so off ,the colors where red white and blue the theme of my party was unicorn you do the math.The man that did the set up had no resolution for me so he gave me a number to call and said he was off to the next set up.I called the number and expressed my distaste with the missing ballon arch I asked for and the pedastal,no apology or anything he went right into we can come pick up the stuff and issue you a full refund,but that was besides the point given we had planned a whole party around these people and he tried to dismiss it as if it was nothing ,they said I don’t have a solution for you keep in mind the system automatically chose the ball pit colors for me so I was stuck with the colors and this really tacky looking soft play set up that was all jumbled together completely different from what I saw on instagram,I really think I was scammed and they are imposters showing other peoples work as their own.The man I spoke with kept the same narrative they could come pick up the stuff and refund but that’s not how it works sir when people have invested and trusted your company to deliver a job they promised to.We decided to keep the set up displeased the whole day the man claimed he attached the ballon arch to the banner as soon as he left it broke away from the board and was swinging around in the wind he also placed the balloon arch right in the sun the balloons kept popping and no good photo ops.I trusted this company and I wanted so badly to like them but no.I paid 901.00 for disappointment.As the day came closer to a end I called for it to the picked up ,they told me I would get a refund for the balloon work it’s still processing.I had an issue with the take down too.The pick up was at 9:00pm another one person showed up to take it down ,we were ready to go to bed the young man was trying his best but he was rather slow even after arriving one hr after scheduled time.When asked what would be done to the balloons on the arch that he insisted he was going to take back told me they may use it again which confirms what I already knew the balloons weren’t customized they may have been blown up and sitting waiting for anyone with a unicorn theme.

Saw their reel on IG for the toddler soft play area and immediately booked for my sons first birthday (a full 3 months ahead LOL). Great price and flexibility with customizing the play area. On the day of the event, she kept me informed regarding the setup time and delays. Very professional and friendly couple. I wouldn’t mind using their services again.
