Quiet stay, bed was very comfortable, pillows were very comfortable. Front dest was polite, friendly and professional. It was very convenient to our event. Easy access from the 101. Very clean room, coffee, refrigerator in the room, clean towels, hangers, iron, ironing board.

To start off they do not have continental breakfast or a pool as stated on Google. Their breakfast is just mini desert cakes and granola bars and warm juice. Half the time I went to get those they didn't even have the office unlocked during stated open hours.
I stayed for 4 weeks for work. The rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days (mandatory) which isn't bad but you can't refuse service and they ignore privacy door tags. One occasion they took all my towels but did not replace them and another time they threw my personal pillows on the floor and left them there.
My room was small for me but others had larger ones. I hit my head several times on the rack they have placed right next to the mini fridge (I am 6'1").
Overall the hotel's location was good and the room itself was fine. They need to update their Google info to remove the continental breakfast and pool. And their service could definitely be improved.

This is a lovely hotel. The room was clean & comfy. The bed was comfortable. There is a delightful courtyard to sit in and relax. It is walking distance to a Caltrain station. We took the train into San Francisco to see a Giants game. It was fun and easy. Whole Foods and other fast food restaurants are within walking distance. I look forward to staying here again.

Basic hotel. Clean rooms. Great location. Breakfast is just granola bars and cookies but lots of good spots to eat within walking distance

The motel is wonderfully located within walking distance of downtown and Caltrain and Bus Station. Very clean rooms and wonderful courtyard, Owners and managers are attentive, available and responsive. It is a motel so the room doors are facing a courtyard with windows - consider your own comfort being in a motel setting versus hotel. Felt very safe and comfortable. Had a desk, microwave, small fridge which allows one to have meals if desired from the Whole Foods and Safeway which are a block away. I would return for sure.

Great price at a great location. You can walk to just about anywhere from here. Whole foods, Starbucks across the street. Staff has been wonderful. Only issue was that the electronic keys would fail a lot and had to get new keys. Staff was responsive and helped us get the rooms we needed. Would stay again.

Nice clean hotel with large rooms and the basics to make you comfortable on a trip. Front desk manager was very nice and kind. Check in was so simple. WiFi, fridge, microwave, and AC worked well. I believe there's daily housekeeping too which is a rare find after covid. 5-10 minute walk to the Redwood City Caltrain
