Check in was easy. Location is easy to access though not a lot of walking to restaurants or shops nearby. Uber & Postmates delivers or pick up. Front desk was friendly and hassle free. Rooms were to be expected. The breakfast was decent. Better than nothing but nothing special. Parking was easy but costs $15 per night. We had a box truck and did not encounter any problems.
Bed was comfortable, very similar to residence inn in terms of room amenities. Rates could’ve been cheaper.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our stay most enjoyable. I have stayed in many hotels but this one is on top of my list. The room were very clean and comfortable but the customer service won me over. A huge thank you to the manager Malia for making our getaway memorable. Please know your kind gesture is most appreciated. I will be returning with my families during the summer.

Both Malia and Luseane from reception are very friendly and always helpful. |We did not feel safe in our room at the first floor, but without hesitation they helped us to move into the best available suite.|Suite layout is nice, room cleaning needs to be more frequently and with much more quality.|All rooms desperately need modernization (i.e. modern wall coverings and furniture colors) and flooring needs improvement.|The location is convenient to US highway and close to the airport, yet very quiet.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was parking for box truck, area was quiet but not near many shops or restaurants. Parking should be free as there are no other alternatives they charge $15. ||It’s nice having breakfast included.

Nice breakfast buffet, the rooms were great, but no elevators to 2nd and 3rd floors. I was with elderly mother and aunts so had to be moved to a first floor, but they were very accommodating. It was about 25 min from San Francisco. Off a freeway so easy on off access. We will stay here again.

This is the best run hotel I have ever seen. The management (MIcheal and Keltoum) create a family atmosphere for the entire staff, and they all work together to make sure the guest enjoy thier stay an have everything they need. We stay here for extended periods twice a year, and every time we come it just gets better.

Needed a trustworthy brand for an extended stay work contract in San Francisco. This hotel is close enough to San Francisco to make me feel safe parking my car in an open parking lot without fear of break ins. The area is clean with miles of walking trails along the bay. Rooms could use a little updating but nothing to complain about. Sound travels in here so if you’re a light sleeper, request top floor facing away from the parking lot as holidays can produce unexpected noise. Fairly close to Cal Train station, SFO and not really a bad drive into San Francisco if that’s where you’re headed - by far a more affordable extended stay option than closer to the city. On the other hand if you’re going to Stanford or even San Jose, this hotel remains a good centrally, safe location for your visit.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and having an extra room to relax in before bed was a plus. We were totally impressed and will definitely being staying here again. Thanks!
