I tried emailing David the manager that over sees "The Sage Hotel" in Santa Fe NM. He has never reaponded to my email. Seewms like he dont care for people that pay his paycheck customers money.
SO, I hope this email finds you well CORP. After reading this email, I hope you will take this opportunity to discuss the concerns with your employees. Our recent experiences at your hotel have left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. For the past two times, we stayed at this particular establishment, we encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted our overall experience. While the hotel industry is known for providing high-quality service and luxurious accommodation, our encounters have highlighted the importance of ensuring that guests are treated with respect and receive the level of service they expect and deserve.
During our first stay last year, we encountered several issues that disappointed us. The room we had booked did not have the running hot water which we had expected, and the staff during the day were very rude. The amenities promised in the room were either outdated or not functioning properly. Despite these setbacks, we decided to give the hotel another chance and booked a room for a second visit. Unfortunately, our experience was not much better. This time, we were greeted with a room with the heater not working and were given 4 extra blankets. Yes, we decided that because we were already settled in the room before we left the downtown plaza. Also, the staff seemed overwhelmed and sounded frustrated when we called the front desk, leading to delays in getting simple requests fulfilled once again. However, the heat fan in the bathroom also didn’t work or warm up as it should. Not sure why they gave us a shared room, which was a nightmare, we heard the gentleman next door snoring all night and the next morning we could hear him coughing up a hairball for an hour. We had to check out of our rooms early, there was no way we could sleep in or sleep throughout the night. Finally, we just wished to have had a better experience the second time especially the amount of money we pay for a room at your hotel.
I hope you consider this and make sure maintenance/employees check all rooms before leaving work and/or check all rooms before renting them out to customers.

After having a horrible experience with two of their properties I tried ro reach out and til the day no response. That was over a month ago! The staff is rude the manager gave the wrong email and phone to contact upper management. Bed bugs, non working room keys and most of all not a welcoming place to stay.
