Absolutely terrible experience. The court refuses to allow access to my own money, even though it rightfully belongs to me. The process is slow, confusing, and completely unfair. Judges seem to have all the power while ignoring basic rights. If you try to get any help or clarification, you just get bounced around with no real answers. Bureaucratic nonsense at its worst. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am so upset with the court’s incompetence. My lawyer was forced to modify an order for our conservatorship case because the court made an error that needed to be corrected. Because of their error, the need to modify and re-file, I was charged another filing fee ($128). That is the definition of ridiculous and highway robbery. I don’t get rewarded at my job for making mistakes so why do I need to pay the penalty for someone’s incompetence?

I have NEVER been more disturbed by a judicial committee in my entire life and I have lived in many counties throughout the country. I am aware that CA has the lowest 3% IQ in the country the only lower IQ states are Louisiana and Missouri, but I would expect intelligence to be consolidated here. I NEVER would have expected this in San Mateo County. I have been going through a divorce case with Judge Don Franchi in charge and Marianne Rossi the opposing party- a case that was filed in a county neither party resided in at the time with a LOT of perjury and unlawful documentation that have caused lasting damages. Including physical damages and denial of restraining orders for me when I never defended myself after being attacked and just wanted protection. The situation with Don Franchi's honestly (I would equate this with cognitive dissonance if he is just not evil) could put my entire family into could become fatal due to lack of ethics and logic, and he has had the appropriate data and proof put forward on multiple occasions for years now. The situation has been of such significance that I may have to go on disability to file civil rights charges when I previously had an office and employees. I strongly feel that when anyone experiences this degree of civil rights corruption they have a samaritan right to fight back for the sake of their county. This has become a major civil rights and human rights situation...but sadly, I am starting to realize it is not just me. Judges like Don Franchi who enable corruption even after harboring the data are destroying California and America. I went from a situation of wanting to become a powerful woman for the sake of my children to needing to quit for the sake of civil rights, and it has been miserable.

The two is for the wonderful employees enduring through decades of bureaucratic incompetency whilst maintaining a reasonably good demeanor with the public under the circumstances. How is it that in the 40 years I have lived in the area it seems as though a new jail (hundreds of millions $$$) is constantly being built and yet the courts don't even rate a makeover never mind a brand new shining example of the judicial system in all its glory? I believe we are on jail #3 in 25 years..... But for the employees this would definitely be a big fat zero.

This is a criminal organization operating with threat of violence.
Court records are tempered and hearing date showed vacated but the hearing took place.
Proceedings against the rules and violate the laws as if there is no law in this nation.
Judges don't have dignity and abuse the authority. Court holiday due to pandemic but proceedings happened behind closed doors and malicious prosecution is a tradition in this county.
If the case is assigned to the judge Leland Davis, it is nightmare. Good judges don't exist and these criminals acting like they hold absolute power.
Cops in the court with guns is the worse. We are at the court against our will yet intimidated with deadly weapons and threat of violence if you speak out.
Disgusting criminals in office is called democracy.

Avoid in any cost! I believe the probate investigator A.G report was clasicc in ABUSE OF THE JUDICIAL PROCESS including perjury, intimidation of witness, witholding evidence, misleading judge, cover up abuse, and conspiracy to obstruct justice.Investigator create a substantially false and defamatory impression by omitting material facts or juxtaposing facts in a misleading way”
. I believe in my case it was with attention to harm vulnerable disable person who is not able to make decisions and deteriorating in Kainos where she is 24 supervised ,share small room. She refused and allow mother to invesigate safety of the place and remove her child from unsafe enviroment Investigator covered up fraud ,safety, neglect, refused to including psychiatric and all medical evidence. Investigator refused to privately investigate client and refused to dismissed herself from the report. By her weak and false report she did not recomended my guardianship thererfore harmed my disable daughter and denied her proper housing and care.
