NimbleRX and Instacare have been a life changer for me. Getting all of my medications delivered, no hassle, no drama, has been a godsend. They go out of their way to help me Savings and coupons through the manufacturers. My OB recommended using Nimble during postpartum and WOW has it been so convenient. I love that I get updates on my prescriptions so easily and in real time, the shipping has been extremely quick and I’m able to track the delivery. I appreciate the security and user friendly interface of the app, as well the additional health articles. With just a click I can request my refills and chat with a pharmacist. Overall I highly recommend using Nimble RX, if you’re looking to avoid interactions with drive through or pick up pharmacies this is it!

I NimbleRx app it makes everThing so much easier and getting a text when it’s ready is awesome! No more guessing if they are ready or calling and bothering the pharmacist to see if they are ready!! Life is better with this app :). <3

Their webUI is not intuitive, shows no indication that you have updated your information, no indication it has saved, doesn't update and obfuscates your order status. Website is made with bootstrap, apollo graphql, and about a million data analytics plugins. Whatever fullstack dev was hired, should be shot.

As others mentioned, there is no contact page, no one to help. You do not interact with anyone, this was made like with ecommerce applets to function like a shopify page, not a pharmacy.

My pharmacy recently moved to NimbleRX for online orders and they immediately started spamming my email with promotional and marketing junk. Easy to unsubscribe but it's ridiculous it happened in the first place. This is a pharmacy, not a trashy retailer.
