So bad. Booked a ticket online for a screening at 11.20 am. Thought it was weird when I went into the theater and they weren't even showing and adverts or trailers. 11.20 came and went. My screen was right at the very end of the maze of corridors. Tried to find someone who could help but the place was deserted, so I had to phone them from my seat to let them know the film wasn't playing... It took them a good 15 mins to resolve. Nobody came to let me know what was going on. The whole experience was just weird. I spoke to the guy who had scanned my ticket on the way in and he seemed to imply they were having this problem a lot but that nobody ever actually checks the movies are playing... So badly managed. Terrible experience.

Last night, theatre 10 turned into a literal wildlife park. Right in the middle of the film, a mouse dared to sprint across the seats in front of us. And just when we thought the little intruder had vanished, it came back—running riot, even scaling the walls! Along with others in our row, we had no choice but to bolt. I spoke to the manager, who seemed utterly nonplussed by the whole fiasco. His excuse? Construction downstairs is driving the mice up. And then he offers free tickets—seriously? Why would I ever want to come back? And don't even get me started on their absurd bag policy. They bar bags but only bother to tell you when you show up, which is beyond inconvenient. There are no storage options, no lockers, nothing. Worse still, the staff couldn't have been ruder about it. Despite our bags clearly being under the size limit, they wouldn't even check. They just turned us away, and there was no refund. It's no mystery why people are steering clear of this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Between the uncomfortable seats sans warmers, no alcohol at concessions, and overpriced snacks, this theatre is a disaster. The facilities? It's a complete mess. Save your evening and skip this nightmare of a movie theatre. The only good thing about this place are the seats. My girlfriend and I tried to go in with her bag, and they wouldn't let her bring it in. Like, seriously? They told her to put it in the car, and she dropped her phone and broke it while trying to carry her stuff. We are never coming back here again. The staff didn't even have a good reason for not allowing bags. They said it was for "security." Yeah, right. If someone wanted to bring a weapon, they could hide it in their pants. It's so freaking dumb. This is the only Century Theater I've been to that doesn't allow bags. What kind of safety do they need unless they're profiling us? And to top it all off, they let in a white lady with a more oversized bag behind us. I guess that's okay, though, because she had a freaking kid in diapers. They don't even have a good reason for not allowing bags, causing unnecessary customer problems.

It's a nice little theatre. It is situated in the mid of the theatre district right opposite to the museum. Surrounded by the vast number of restaurants, easily accessible to food or dinner. A nice place visit to after dinner. The staff are kind and service was good. I like the pop corn and the icy provided there. The list of movies should be good to get the various options for the customer.

Last night, we went to watch Inside Out 2 at this cinema. We had bought our tickets online the previous day, but upon arrival, we realized we had mistakenly purchased tickets for the wrong day and missed the show. I was quite upset, thinking we would have to buy new tickets. However, the staff were incredibly kind and immediately changed our tickets, allowing us to watch the movie.

Excellent customer service!

It's always fun. The bartista wasn't very nice, maybe she expected a bigger tip. The popcorn and snacks and drinks are way overpriced. Good movies, very comfortable seating

I’ve been to a few Cinemark theatres and this one is one of the better ones, better in terms of staff being helpful, free parking(for 4 hours), plentiful parking nearby in general(don’t forget to validate your parking ticket at the box office to avail the free 4-hour parking), comfortable seats and acoustics inside the theatres. It’s located in the heart of downtown Redwood City and consists of 20 auditoriums spread out over 2 sections, each section consisting of half the auditoriums.

The area leading from the box office to the theatres has escalators and stairs both, which I thought was quite convenient. There are quite a few eateries close to the theatre in case you want to grab some food before/after the movies. I’ve been to this theatre multiple times and it doesn’t disappoint. They’ve early bird prices(which are cheaper) if you don’t mind watching movies early in the day. I’ll be back here soon.

I went to see Gladiator 2 with a friend. The parking underground says 1 hour and 30 minutes free. I went for the movie at 6:50pm and the counter person told me that there was not any more tickets. So he offered for the next show which was 7:35pm. We accepted that one and then the seats available were only a few left. He said that the ones together were only in the very front of the screen. And to have a good view there were only 2 available but seating separated. When we went to watch the movie we noticed there were way more seats available than what he was showing on the screen. So basicly we paid for tickets to start the show 50 minutes later and that ended in making us pay $7.50 to somebody who collects the parking fee when validating the parking ticket, which I think is expensive. Honestly, I think is a rip off for the customers stating that there are no seats available when in reality there are. I feel that is a way to collect more revenue money from people than giving a service. Not satisfied with this Cinemark location.

I have been going here since I was a kid and let me tell you. My toes curl when I have that popcorn and my nether region gets moist just thinking about those seats!
