Our only regret is that we didn't hire Heather sooner! Not only did she take the time to get to know us and our vision, she had answers to questions we didn't even know to ask. Her relationships to local vendors took out a lot of the anxiety and guesswork for us, giving us much more time to focus on the details we cared most about. Her calmness and absolute professionalism on the day gave us the peace of mind to just enjoy our wedding. We can't recommend her enough and wish we could get married again just to hire her again!

Five star experience!
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Heather and her team for 16 months to plan the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding took place in Santa Barbara, CA and we had the luxury of Heather being on site for the day of our wedding. She was as helpful as we could ask for and more. Her attitude and approach to each situation and individual was always so positive. Heather would maintain this approach from the earlier stages of our engagement all the way to our wedding day.
Our planning experience included monthly virtual discussions where we got the chance to not only discuss wedding planning topics but cultivate a friendship. Heather and her team provided feasible timelines with milestones and objectives. She was flexible with her scheduling to allow my wife and I to have discussions with her after our full time work schedules. This team was more than receptive to hearing our preferences and turning our vision into a reality. They would offer suggestions and never made it awkward for us declining any options that didn't fit our wishes.
Working with this team requires a collaborative effort. My wife and I took thorough notes and reviewed them each month to reach our milestones and it was worth all the effort. Heather's company also have a very strong network of vendors to create an incredible wedding day.

We used a DJ she recommended and he had our reception so freaking hyped with energy and fun. The floral provider was through three sisters and venue's level of decor was outstanding quality. 3 days before the wedding, we lost a makeup/hair artist and Heather was able to provide a potential replacement with fair pricing.
And lastly, the vendors we sourced ourselves, Heather and her team so positively worked with them and collectively operated as a team.
In conclusion, we cannot endorse this company enough. We fully expect to stay connected with Heather through our marriage and can only hope other engaged couples take on their services. We had 0 complaints and only wish our wedding day was longer so we could have gotten to engage with Heather and her team more.

We worked with Heather and Team for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner and they were absolutely stellar for both. They were great at recommending vendors we needed, has an amazing plethora of decor, and was so joyful to work with. Would definitely recommend! We also used her sister Courtney for florals and they turned out absolutely amazing!

SHE IS THE BEST!

Heather and her amazing team are absolutely incredible, and I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without her. As a wedding photographer, I’ve worked with a lot of coordinators, but Heather stands out. She’s the glue that holds the day together—her communication is flawless, her work ethic is unmatched, and her energy is exactly what every wedding needs.

I’ve loved working with her so much that she’s my go-to referral for all my clients. Every wedding she’s been a part of has been seamless, beautiful, and filled with happy clients and guests.

Heather and her team are simply the best. If I were planning my own wedding, she’d be the first person I’d call. Don’t think twice—you’ll love her, and so will everyone around you!

I wanted to give a shoutout to Heather, Christina, Brittney, and Courtney and their team for the best wedding ever!

Heather: She's really creative, helped us set some boundaries in the planning process, any worries we had, she helped us think through and come together a vision for the wedding. Also, I loved how she built a business to be a one-stop shop, and we had so many details we didn't have to stress about because we worked with her team! (rentals, bussing, service, clean up, printing, signs)

Christina: Christina was closer to us, and was our day-of planner and managed our wedding half way through, and she did a fabulous job, making sure all our visions were executed on the day. I never had to stress about details during my wedding weekend, and she made sure of it. I appreciated her taking over communication with vendors as well, and letting us have a peace of mind.

Courtney: I sent Courtney a pinterest board, and Courtney came up with flowers even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I was so happy with the flowers. The guests complimented on them all night, and it really made the wedding feel beautiful. Courtney also managed the rest of the night for us, and she was on top of it making sure everything was getting taken care of. I really could trust both Courtney and Christina with the day.

Brittney: Brittney in one call really organized our wedding day and we were so impressed with her expertise and organizational skills!

I don't know what I would have done without Three Sisters team. They made this experience more fun than stressful. We had a venue where we had to bring everything in, and it wouldn't have been possible without Heather's master mind and her team's incredible support.

We own an entertainment company called Oh Watta Night Entertainment and we work with many coordinators throughout the year.

We recently got to work 2 events together within a 30 day time period and BOTH went flawlessly because of this company.

We have to say they are the most organized and coordinated and not to mention friendly company we have worked with in a while.

Heather and her team completely had everything on time, communicated clearly, as well as were polite and even fun to work with! The bride and groom were over the moon for their services, and we worked together like we have been doing it for years.

We just had to leave a review for this amazing company to let potential clients know you would be in very good hands, hiring their services, and believe us...

TLDR: We paid thousands to have our day filled with stress and mismanagement at every turn. Specific photos were missed, rings were missing, and ZERO coordination was done. We also hired their florist who was overwhelmed, overpromised and underdelivered and needed extra help. Three Sisters was our most disappointing and frustrating vendor in every sense.

We were assured on every call, “We just want you to relax and not worry about anything on your big day. We got this.”
It was surprising to hear at the rehearsal that “We aren’t allowed on site until noon.” The bride and bridesmaids were arriving at 9am. “The photographer is coming at 11am,” we said. “Oh, they’re the exception.”

We asked the event site coordinator who said they could’ve been there at 9am with us.

We hired Three Sisters for the primary purpose of making sure the bride’s stepmother did not interfere with any of the activities. This was repeated ad nauseum on every pre-planning call and stressed repeatedly.

Within minutes of her arriving (and the groom saying, “That’s her.”) she had already made it into the bridal suite (where there was no coordinator at any time in the day assisting with all the logistics). When asked the coordinators said, “we are overwhelmed.”

The rings were not present immediately before the ceremony. The groom noticed last minute. Christina shrugged. She had been told where they were in the morning and forgot. They did not exchange contact information or start a group chat with the venue coordinators when one was asked to call our coordinator and ask where they were. A bridesmaid had to run up on a golf cart to get them.

There was never any coordinator around when ANY photos were being taken despite them providing all our photo pairings and shot list as asked. Many photos were missed completely. At post-ceremony photos, family members left the ceremony site. We looked at each other and realized we had coordinators to help. Christina was cleaning between chairs. The groom explained to her to arrange the next group of family members the subsequent set behind them. Like a coordinator should be doing.
There was no bouquet for the toss nor a coordinator anywhere to be found. The photographer had to take flowers out of a vase on the table.

The flowers were sparse and did not match the pictures of inspiration provided. The bridal bouquet was tiny and had roses despite asking and told that ranunculus was available. The groom asked for sage and was given the eucalyptus he did not want. We said “lush.” The sweetheart table to be covered, and you could see our legs and if we dropped food or silverware. The five beams cost $1800 to have a single strand of thin ivy wrapped around them. It looked like a string of Xmas lights.
Heather helped her florist sister all day rather than focus on events. At one point they drove by on a golf cart and asked the groom, “Have they found the missing bouquet?” That is something he needs to worry about?

During the middle of our dinner walked to our table to ask, “Are you mad at me?”

Heather sent some staff off to eat off site bc “I forget who on my team has food allergies” despite us asking specifically being told none. Staff left on our dime. Uber Eats also would’ve been a better option.

When the bridal processional started, the quartet played for 30 seconds before the gates were opened. Christina kept asking the bride if she was ready and she replied "Yes" three times while Christina just stared back but did not open the gates until the father of the bride had to sternly tell her to.

This was the most awful and stressful experience and at no point in the day was anything coordinated. It was just made more complicated. We could’ve handled all the above had we known it was our responsibility. Instead, we TRUSTED them to take care of everything, and they blew it.

It should be noted in response to the above they replied in email that not all of it was their fault. They would send us a follow-up email explaining what was not. That has still not been received but should be no surprise.

We used Three Sisters for our wedding and they were an absolute dream to work with! Heather was so communicative, totally understood our vibe and vision, and went above and beyond for us. Courtney (Among The Wildflowers) did our florals and she met our brief perfectly! The day went so smoothly, the guests loved it and we couldn't have been more impressed by the team. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a fun planning process and the perfect wedding day!
