I can't put into words the wonderful experience Rocky Top Falls gave me, my son, and friends for a getaway in June of 2023. The hosts are the most accommodating hosts I've ever experienced. They thought of everything you could possibly want or need in this home away from home. Whether you are there for relaxation or adventure, you are sure to enjoy every bit of this space. We thoroughly enjoyed the trails to the waterfall and lake as well cliff jumping at the lake. Our boys really enjoyed playing shuffleboard as well. The sunsets were stunning, and the morning views on the back deck with coffee were so serene. We can't wait to come back here for more memories.

Rocky Top is immaculate in every way imaginable - clean, sharp, spacious, highly organized and plenty to choose from for everyone who stays here.

The stunning views of Greers Ferry lake offer high-therapy sunrises, glorious sunsets and a wow factor that is hard to beat. As a waterfall chaser - I love the fall here. Typical to everything on the inside of Rocky Top, the hosts have excelled in crafting trails for both the top and the bottom of the fall.

No matter what season you decide to visit - Rocky Top Falls will not dissapoint!

5 stars isn't enough! Our stay Rocky Top June 23' was incredible. This beautiful, perfectly updated home was the perfect setting for our trip with family and friends. The space was plenty large for our party ( 2 couples w/ 2 children each (teen and preteen) and well equipped with everything we needed to live comfortably for the week. Top that off with gorgeous views and beautiful nature surroundings!

We enjoyed our coffee each morning with an incredible view, ventured out on the lake by both boat and kayak, hiked to the waterfalls, visited the town bowling alley more than once, had the best day exploring w/ ARV Excursions of Fairfield Bay.... and came back to the coziest house for a good night sleep each night.

10/10 would visit again!

Rocky Top Falls has become our favorite getaway. We visited for the second time in May 2024. The views are beautiful, the hosts are wonderful, & there is such peace all around. We enjoyed time with our grown kids relaxing around the fire pit, making s’mores & memories, hiking to the waterfall & down to the lake. It is so peaceful & relaxing here. Thank you Miguel & Rachel for opening your beautiful home to us.

Miguel and Rachel made our wedding weekend so easy! They communicated throughout our entire time of selecting them as a vendor. They thought through a lot of details! The venue is BREATHTAKING! We selected this venue as it allowed our closest friends and family to stay with us the entire weekend, a seamless start to our intimate dinner from our wedding, and a woodsy feel without being in the middle of nowhere. We had 8 people stay in the house with us and then another 2 joined for the celebration. Altogether we had 13 people (including our photographer) and it was the perfect amount to feel like we weren't on top of each other and still able to have intimate dinner on the balcony overlooking the lake. Overall, this venue is dreamy and we are so happy we were able to get married here!

We recently spent an amazing week at Rocky Top Falls as a family. I have used many short term rentals over the years, but communication with Miguel was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Our family is a little more complicated than most and I had so many questions for Miguel. He was prompt in his response, kind, and very knowledgeable about the area. The house itself was immaculate when we showed up. There were live plants throughout, and obvious care put into all the little details. The outside is magnificent to say the least. Not only are you right on the lake but it is clear that they have worked hard to make this an amazing experience. In all the places I have stayed, this is the first time I’ve ever left a Google review. That saying something. You won’t regret booking a stay here and if you are blessed to have your wedding at this venue you will not be disappointed

The views here are endless and so gorgeous! Everything is serene, quiet, beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the chilly evenings after hiking on the property or nearby. It was the perfect getaway for us and our pup. We cannot wait to go back!
