Never have had a bad experience in all the years I've been going there. Employees are very nice. Don't know why this 7 eleven has some bad reviews. I've never seen rats. It's always clean

Stay away from this 7-Eleven location. This store is infested with large rats. They were running all over the place. Told the employee and he just shrugged his shoulders. Health department needs to be told/about this serious health condition.

Trashy place with trashier employees. They have a long history of overcharging and then blaming the customer and trying to keep the money. You’d think the employees don’t understand math. Definitely the worst 7-11 I’ve ever had the displeasure of entering.

Asked for 2 taquitos and they only gave me one. They charged me for another one without giving me a refund so that I can utilize the app. Paid for 2 individually at full price. So I'm being charged extra because the employee made a mistake.

Just went here today 08/26/2023 at about 12-1am wanted to add money to my Chime Card and employee working at the time refused to said that you couldn’t do it after a certain time at night which is a lie i went to another 7 eleven right after leaving here and had no issues and to add to it first the guy was flirting with the girl that was head in line of me and taking his time knowing that i was waiting in line! by his attitude i knew he was lying and either didn’t want to help me or was a racist idk but i got a bad vibe from him!

Paid for 3 slurpees then when we were walking out cashier said that we didn't pay for them. He then printed the last 2 receipts which said that 3 slurpees were paid for. He continued to say we hadn't paid. So finally we said to check the cameras but he refused. After arguing for longer he finally just said we could have the 1$ slurpee. Overall horrible experience as the cashier was very rude to us, 1 star.

Whoever was working there at the register today at around 2:00am deserves a raise. To keep things confidential I never asked his name and I will continue to keep things confidential. All I can say is that he was very generous and helpful and deserves a raise. Great employee. Also like all 7 elevens, always has what we need. Whether it's food or other things, 7 eleven has your back.

Customer service is terrible! I work in a hot truck all day in the hot sun all day and i eat lunch in that hot truck without ac. All i needed was a bathroom to wash my hands. I would have bought something but i left my wallet at the office. You have the right to refuse but your just plain mean!
