I came early to get my tags. I have always had a great experience at this place but the reason why I am giving it one star is because the girl at the DMV that I had to deal with was so rude. No smile no friendly talk just rude. She had really long hair. I don’t know what her name was but she really needs to learn customer service and be more friendly.

AAA provided great service - they came so quickly and jump started a car. Then they called another service to check the battery because it was under warranty. Martin of Bitetto Tow and Service, came and replaced the battery for free! They stood behind their product and provided great service!

Had a very frustrating experience with this location. Received the end around and ignored for weeks on a simple car insurance application and request. Then, after following up, again, Jonathan, the sales rep at this location, finally responds - further wages my time with the same application request, knowing they already planned to deny coverage. Save yourself the time and headache. This place lacks professionalism.

Please give me a solution. Last Friday, my daughter and I were hit and run, but the police car helped me find the information of the offender. I have been trying to contact Alexa, the adjuster of insurance AAA, who is extremely unfriendly and overhanded, contemptuous of the law, and racist. I still went to the body shop designated by AAA to do inspect as required, and the estimate was 2,458 $, but I was told that this was a preliminary assessment, because two panels need to be changed, and the specific cost should be determined by the actual production. Today at the end of the workday adjuster called, she told me her compensation plan: repair fee: 2458$(appraisal fee); Rental fee: up to 24 days, in the same class, 40.09$/ day, a total of 1154$, and daughter's car seat 25$. The total was about $3,700. I told her that I did not accept the plan, but she was rude and rude and told me that she had dealt with it for me, and I could either accept or go on my own insurance. I'm not responsible. The parking lot got hit. Why should I use my own insurance? I told her my demands: 1. I want to go to a body shop that I think is slightly professional, such as calibercollision, for repair, and they will pay the final cost to the repair shop; 2. 2. The rental fee is determined by the final number of days, not by her mandate

I usually have awesome service always!!!!

However, there is one agent who fights with me over my personal info every time and has locked me out of my app that I just started to see my address and change my address on my app. She's very rude and aggressive and misrepresents my info. Not sure why. Something feels very illegal about it to me.
All other interactions with other agents have been wonderful as usual.
If you could help me to overcome her locking me out of my address change on my app on my phone, I would be very happy with that. Thanks very much. I did not get her name, but I know her aggressive and angry voice very well. Scary and angry woman that seems to have a personal problem with my address and the app. She said I could cancel my policy with Automobile Club if I have problem with her. I will check around her before I do that. It seems simple to me. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.

We used the travel services with Liz and she is EXCEPTIONAL! We required special accommodations (pet friendly, etc...) and she personally called each hotel to make sure that they would work with our needs. Liz went up and beyond! We had never really thought of using AAA for our travel before and what a great experience! Thanks Liz!

We had to use the AAA DMV services a year later with a complex screw up on my account and gratefully, the whole AAA team got involved and handled the DMV error. I didn't have to go to the DMV. AAA has redone its offices and did another great job today.

Wish I could give a 0. Cancelled our home insurance within the first month then raised our auto. Gave us a hassle when cancelling after they already cancelled on us. Information was poor. Do not recommend.

Erin Lee in travel is a life saver, I had last minute travel changes so she went to work, she did not quit or complain she just went to work and made changes happen with minor cost. She changed my flights, my booking rooms took her two days to make it happen. Erin is amazing she did the changes with smile, kept me informed though out the process. Joseph Rojas did my original booking and he also was great.very helpful staff we are happy to be a part of AAA family
