Roaches in the room, no micro waves in the room because other people make them dirty so punish everyone else. I moved rooms. Only pros are Dogs are free and they have cable. I wouldn’t stay here again. I left couple days into my 2 week stay for nicer Airbnb I only came back to watch college football. Place is a joke

It isn't a Motel 6 anymore, it is now the Hotel Salina. It is a budget conscious motel and that needs to be considered when booking.

The front desk manager was a gem though. She was super gracious, helped to rapidly resolve an issue with the electronic door lock, and had us checked in early.

It was very well lit at night, easy access off/on to the interstate, plenty of walkable food choices. The food businesses in the area were really good.

The rooms are a little rough, but they are actively fixing the place up. It has a small dog run for potty breaks.

The person in the front office was very nice, friendly. The room was another story, the towels, were so old and stained we got our are beach towels out of the car to dry our self off. We had one wash cloth, one bar of soap, for 3 people. Oh then my granddaughter pulled her bed back and the sheets had stains on them. I will never stay at another Motel 6, it was not the money it was the convenience of it. The furniture is something they got out of a garage sale. I just believe what we stayed in last night my 6 year old granddaughter said this is filthy .

I submit this review so owners and managers are aware of conditions. This is not meant to be a public slam.

Briefly, our towels were FILTHY. I mean stained and unusable, as in not laundered. Is that possible? The front desk lady did her best to correct the situation, thank you, and brought us a new batch of towels directly to our room. Despite her kind effort, the new batch was still not much better. I happened to have towels in my SUV for our trip and we used those towels.

Then...

Woke up to a little critter crawling on me while I was in bed. A German cockroach, to be exact. The front desk staff handled the situation as best they could and was to my satisfaction. Thank you, again.

I understand how difficult it is to run a business, believe me. I write these comments with that understanding and for your being apprised of what's going on.

The pic’s online made the place look really nice, but when we got into our room, it was the opposite.The bathroom was stained pretty much everywhere(and it hadn’t been cleaned as far as we could tell). We laid out the bathmat and it was filthy. We ended up not being able to take showers after we had been driving for 8 hours. There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner, not even a pen or paper to write a complaint. I won’t go back! And if for some reason I have to go to a Motel6 again, I will ask to see the room first!

After 3 room changes finally got one that was somewhat ok. The motel is old, rooms are ugly. Towels and sheets disgusting. Old, ripped and dingy. The drapes had holes and the bedspread was old and had holes. We didn't use the pillows and wouldn't want to. Floors dirty. Walls are dirty and stained. You could see outside around the door jam which also let the flies inside. Not a pleasant experience. Never stay there again and recommend no one else should either until they clean up the rooms. Non smoking rooms have been smoked in and smell disgusting.

We stopped here on the way to AZ for work, coming down from the Bay Area. It was getting late and we saw the Motel 6 sign, so we pulled up and checked in. The lady at the front desk did her job, a rotisserie restaurant named Juan Pollo is across the parking lot with good chicken, the WiFi worked, and the television had all the channels. Those four factors earned this location a solid 1 star for recognition.||||Our room was filthy and left black grease on our feet that came off in the shower. Stains from cigarettes, spilled food, and maybe fecal matter were all over the floor. There was a patched hole by the bathroom mirror that had been patched, but never painted. Half of the electrical sockets didn't work. The screen of our bathroom window had been torn open at some point, either from someone trying to climb in or climb out. No toilet paper holders. No hair dryer. No ironing board. No in-room safe. No Kleenex. ||||We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like an ash tray. A pile of cigarette butts that looked like they had been sitting for week, sat outside of our window.||||It appeared that we were the only guests passing through and not actually living at the establishment. As we unloaded our car, one hooded man stood menacingly in front of his room, watching our every move. Good thing the deadbolt worked.||||Below us, a woman appeared to be selling weed out of her room and was serving clients when I came down to get my jacket out of the car. The smell of marijuana was pungent. ||||An old fridge and microwave sat in the walkway. ||||Trains, screaming, noise all night.||||Adios Motel 6 Beaumont. I hope we never see you again.

To Whom it May Concern:

Growing up my family and I used to stay in motel 6's on many of the road trips we took across the country, and I've always appreciated getting a decent room at a budget price through motel 6. Nearly all of the motel 6 locations we stayed at had clean rooms and basic accommodations.

However, the condition of the Motel 6 in Beaumont, CA was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at, and I would not recommend it to anyone. My wife and I stayed there for one night and the room we were given was in terrible condition. In particular, the carpet was soiled and blackened from what appeared to be weeks of stains that had not be cleaned. Our feet stuck to the carpet when we walked and we were so disgusted that we felt the need to wear shoes inside the room. There were white, crusty looking stains on the floor and curtains, the walls were dirty, our bed sheets were torn, and the tile in the bathroom was peeling. We stayed in a queen size room and were only given two mismatched pillows, one of which seemed more like a throw pillow. The bath towels were also stained and dirty looking. Overall I was disgusted by the room we stayed in, and I am not exaggerating.

Under normal circumstances after seeing such a room I would have turned around and demanded a refund before staying, but my wife was extremely tired and needed to sleep. I regret putting her through our stay at this location, and I will never return to there again.

One positive note was that the host who received us a this location was hospitable when we checked in, but I never would have thought they kept their rooms in such poor condition.

I am very disappointed in the motel 6 brand and I will have to seriously think more than twice before I ever stay in another motel 6 again.
