The rooms had bugs an spiders an we had an issue with charges and the head manager customer service was trash she put no effort in trying to with the over charge to card when the problem was from there end.She additude that was real stank. And I will following up on this through corporate, I was 100% piss off by her an lack off any concern about our issue. Becareful using debit or credit we got over charge an they say they didn't but the bank shows they did. Issue still in the air.

If I could give zero stars, I would！！！
There was no hot water for shower, and the air conditioning knob was broken, making it nearly impossible to control the temperature. Worst of all, at 7:30 AM, the worker knocked on my door and woke me up because she suspected I had a dog in the room and hadn’t paid a pet fee. She came in, glanced around, saw there was no dog, gave a half-hearted apology with a bad attitude, and left — leaving me wide awake and unable to go back to sleep. The service here is shockingly bad. Even for a $70-per-night hotel, I’ve never experienced anything this poor. Please, do yourself a favor and never stay at this place.

Found room dirty and rundown. Door, heater, cleanliness were all things lacking on this room. Everything was unplugged! Heater was unreadable on the controls. Door would not close properly. Remote controls for TV did not work and could notturn it on. Room walls had strange stains and filth. Hot water took 5 minutes to warm up. Price for room did not reflect its area and conditions. It 2as way more than I wanted to pay!

The women behind the glass was rude and acted like it was a bother doing her job. Each and every encounter with her we as negative and down right rude. Maybe if she cared about her customers as much as she obviously does about her nails she's be a little bit nicer. I mean seriously having to type things two and three times because your nails are so long. Either learn how to type or cut those monstrosities.

PROS: Friendly service. Nice town/ view. Parking with cameras for safety. Comfortable bed.
CONS: Please be aware they will ask a $40 CASH deposit. We understand this is due to many disrespectful people but this should be mentioned somewhere so we don’t have to run back to an ATM after hours of driving.
Sheets/ Blankets had stains.
Internet didn’t work nor TV 😩😤

Room is in disrepair, smoke detector not there just wires hanging from ceiling. Ref still had food from previous people. Needs painting. |Have to have one good thing to say, the staff is very friendly. |NO BREAKFAST |GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.|There must be a better place to stay in Beaumont.

Positive: Nothing Negative: When you walk in the bed, skirts were all wrinkly and pulled up halfway. The refrigerator was dirty. The floor was dirty had spots all over the place. I just won?t go there again and there was a lot of violence going on in the middle of the night
