Robert is the easiest travel agent to work with. He treats me like a friend every time I call. He finds me the best deals and a little on board credit on top. I wouldn't want to work with any other agency than Harr Travel. On our last big family cruise, the cruise line messed up my mom's reservation. The team at harr travels was very professional and they went above and beyond to assist me in rescheduling my trip after the loss of a loved one , a week prior to sailing. Desireee at the customer experience team was phenomenal. She immediately took control of the situation and was extremely symapthetic to me and our family during that difficult time. Working with Amanda Wint at Harr Travel was an absolute pleasure! We were booking a cruise for a group of 13 people, including kids, and she made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
