On September 28th 2024, my wife and I had our wedding here. We chose this place because it was beautiful and fit our theme. It was affordable, and had multiple areas to have our ceremony upstairs, downstairs, indoors, and one outdoors. Space for hanging out, dining, and a good dance floor area. All the spaces you need for an all in one place wedding. The private bride and groom suites were a plus. I Highly recommend choosing The Bedford for your wedding.

So why only 4 stars instead of 5? We had a last minute change up with our coordinator from The Bedford on the day of our wedding. Which we understand things come up, but our new coordinator hardly ever came out of the office. I don’t even know her name, because we hardly spoke. Many guests were complaining about the temperature inside which was stuffy and humid. I was very uncomfortable especially once dancing started. Something easily fixed if we could have communicated with the coordinator.

All in all The Bedford was still great, and the pictures came out amazingly. Every where is a great place for pictures.

OMG this was such a beautiful venue. I had the absolute pleasure of attending a fantasy ball here in February and everything was perfect. The upstairs and downstairs spaces allowed for individual and group experiences, and the outdoor spaces were just as wonderful.

AMAZING space! We used the venue for a corporate event and it was amazing! Dinner, dancing, and a casino...everything was perfect! Working with Pam and Claire ensured every detail was seamless. They were right there onsite the evening of the event to take care of whatever request we had...temperature control, turn lights down, turn lights up, even a bandaid for an unfortunate oops at the bar...whatever I needed! Highly recommend The Bedford Nashville for your next gathering...large or small!

Such a GREAT place to have our wedding reception! It felt like we had traveled to another country. We had room for 250 seated guests, bar, photo booth, dancefloor, lounging, first dance and speeches and nothing overlapped! the Balcony allowed our guests to interact with all the big moments and the dance floor was tucked away enough to allow our family to visit. the staff was very responsive during planning stages and day of! We loved our time here!

The Bedford is a BEAUTIFUL venue! The brick, the lighting, everything. We have had our company Christmas party there two years in a row and they are phenomenal to work with.

Last night I had the pleasure of being the MC leading an event for the Chick-fil-A team from the Nolensville Pike location. It was a professional dinner with fun and dancing, and the first ever event at The Bedford. Usually at a brand new venue there are a few hiccups caused simply because the staff and facility is so new that no one knows the quirks of the building, but the staff from The Bedford were so well prepared there weren’t any pain points or hiccups. The leadership staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. The serving staff were friendly, fast, helpful and on their toes. The buffet was well stocked with fast refills and everything looked beautiful. Great venue with great people! I would have an event there again in a heartbeat.

We recently hosted our parents’ 50th anniversary party at The Bedford, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. One thing we cared quite a bit about was having a unique venue that would allow us to decorate it with a personal touch, and The Bedford offered just that. We enjoyed being able to use both the downstairs area and the balcony for some great pictures. Though we didn’t get to ultimately use the outdoor area (too hot that evening), the seating and the fairy lights provided a great look. None of our vendors had any issues with the space, it was super easy to load in and out.

We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Jillian, who was super responsive throughout and had great suggestions around every detail of our event. She helped make the process of planning this event from out of town as seamless as possible. We’d definitely recommend The Bedford for all types of events.

The Bedford is a great venue for your wedding and reception. The staff were all great to work with and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I really love the location of the Bedford since it is so close to downtown but away from all the traffic. As a wedding photographer I really enjoyed shooting a wedding here recently. It has a beautiful outdoor porch area and is near one of my favorite parks to shoot at.
