This was so much more than what I expected! Completely amazing. The museum is small but packed full of fun info. The property/ educational tour is the perfect adventure with so much to learn and enjoy. We absolutely loved the barn tour and feeding the animals. What’s better is that it’s donation based and if you need a place to stay and you contact them in advance, they even have housing!!!
I highly recommend checking this place out!!!

Our children enjoyed DAL and back home they wanted to make mini tour on our small backyard. Kent Hovind gave us a tour that left valuable lesson for our kids and us, parents.

Well, where do I begin? This place is incredible. It’s seriously a hidden gem.
I never heard about this place before I watched a YouTube video about why did god create Lucifer on Deep believer ? it was very insightful, and I never really thought evolution was true and it helped that I didn’t go to public school growing up. But if you want to show your kids the truth, this is the place to go in the most fun that my children have ever had. These people treated us like family. We ended up staying an extra night lucky no one had the cabin reserved for that next day so it worked out. They were so very kind to us. They showed what the true body of Christ is. You hear about that but rarely see it in action. They provided everything! 3 meals a day all of which were delicious and thank you to the cooks that made it all we are so very grateful to you. They even got my daughter a birthday cake and cupcakes and sung her happy birthday ?❤️❤️❤️ she was so surprised it was the best birthday she’s ever had. They gave us clean towels and bedding it was just the nicest experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Kent came and taught us all kinds of things extremely interesting and my kids are usually very rowdy but he had them captivated them which I found impressive. And not one time did they ask for any money! I am going to donate to them and that makes me want to give more because they did everything for free. Just blows my mind. Anyway it was life changing for our family we wanted to stay longer. The kids love the animals the parrot was so cool too and the ball pit! definitely worth the 5 hour drive ? we will be back soon! Thank you beautiful people for the kindness you showed us and Steve and his wife were too sweet and patient with the kids? oh and some else I don’t wanna share the name but we love her so much and thank you for swimming with us she made our day! And showing us the reptiles. And the ladies in the office were so sweet to.

We had such a great experience at DAL. Everyone on staff was so personable and friendly; it was hard to leave. The cabins are adequate with heating/air and really hot water. The bedding was comfortable. The tours were informative and fun. You feel like you’re family the whole time especially as you eat altogether all three meals. The food was outstanding and the cook staff even went out of their way to accommodate a food allergy that I had. Our kids had a lot of fun learning and playing, and we would definitely recommend visiting this place whether you have kids or not.

This place was great. The staff was so nice and informative. Lots of things to check out in the museum area, a fun place for the kids to play, lots of animals, and some dinosaurs. We were invited to eat a free lunch and we went on the inside and outside tours. It was well worth our time and totally free. I loved that this information was based on the bible and gave God the glory for His amazing creation.

What an amazing trip for our family! Our kids range age 3-9 and they had a blast! Wish we would have had more time, need to come for
More than 2 days for sure!

We came at midnight and someone met us at the gate and showed us our cozy cabin that has showers and is very comfy!

We started our day with breakfast provided and then off on a tour with Kent Hovind on his jeep and side by side! Tour was amazing for kids and so many life lessons! I always expect tours to be long and boring but this was quite and adventure as he drove us thru the 180acres of land with many stops to get out and teach mini lessons to the kids with visuals and hands on activities!

Kids get a huge playground, rope swings, zip line, slides into the lake and get to feed and pet the animals (ducks/goats/donkeys/horses/kittens and even ostrich and a giant tortoise!

What a great place!! It's hard to find people who use their own brains (not to mention, "common" sense) rather than following other people's theories about the creation of our world. We are so thankful for Kent and his team who make this ministry possible!
(And Bobbi Jean did an amazing job with the science part of our tour. Our kids loved it!)

We went and stayed 3 days here. I got to say they put a lot of effort into the park. Think of it like a campground you visit for a few days to really see all the exhibits. You can pretty much walk around wherever you want and touch or play with pretty much anything. Just keep an eye on your kids and teach them to respect the property that God has entrusted them to shepherd.
The sound demonstration was very interesting. Speaking to someone in a whisper from over 1000' away was awesome.
Let's face it. Some of the stuff will be a little cheesy, but it all has a focal point. I'm sure if you have kids, it will be a chance to get them off their phones and do some hands-on object lessons.
I was also amazed by Dr. Hovind's library, I've included some pictures. Some titles I know are very rare (I've looked for them before). He will let you read or touch anything, just no removal from the Library. "Doc" as the staff calls him is very friendly and easy to talk to. You never get the impression that he is prideful of knowledge. Instead, he encourages you to look at ideas through practical analysis. I have learned to ask more, "Does this make sense?" when listening to facts that people present without backup material.
