This new system of any county working on your foodstuffs is INSANITY!!! No one is held accountable. I hate dealing with all these different people. It use to be you knew your worker and you felt comfortable knowing they were on the job. These ppl don't want to do anything. It's all on a supervisor THAT TAKES FOREVER.

I believe all the people in this office need to see a psychiatrist to help with their personal lives. None of them have good attitudes. They mean as rattle snakes, I take that back rattle snake are nicer. They all need training on how to do their jobs efficiently and effectively, alone with some people skills. The overseer of this office need to be present periodically, weekly. Once a month when it's audit time is not enough someone or all need to be fired.

The front desk workers are very rude and unprofessional. The worker had an attitude because I had questions as to why my case hasn’t been worked on. I asked her to check my account to see who interviewed me because the interviewer was an hour late for my phone interview and she flat out told me she was not going to do that because they were about to close! I wouldn’t have called 30 minutes before closing if the worker didn’t lie saying someone would call me back the first time I called today!

The office has it's downfalls, but I think the staff may be getting better. The young lady I spoke with this morning at the front desk took my info, looked up my case to answer a question I had, smiled and empathized with me, and over all made my experience better. I still can't get the main office in little rock to issue my card but at least the attitudes I used to get are gone and someone actually cared. I'm optimistic

The workers here are Rude AF in this county. I really dislike the new phone system going to other counties and then them basically being no good anyway. “Your case is in a different county, I can’t help you.” Like ma’am what are you even here for?!

They need the state to come in and clean up and get their stuff in order! Half the people I've encountered there have horrible attitudes! They back date letters and send them out and then when you call about getting help(if you can ever get them to answer the phones) because you received a letter for paperwork due a week before you even received the letter they are rude and refuse to help because "that's not our problem the mail got messed up you will just have to re apply" I have had to fight with them to get Medicaid for my small kids for A YEAR and when it finally got approved it was canceled not even a month later Due to not turning in paperwork by the due date but answer this for me how am I suppose to get paperwork to you by the 18th when I didn't even get the request until the 23rd yet the letter states it was sent on the 9th..

The state to investigate West Memphis DHS cause baby these people send other people mail to your house and never yours. The out my information under someone else case gave me insurance for 90 and took it back they never answer any calls. They need someone to do a clean up
