Heather was such a pleasure to work with! From the very start, she was in good communication, highly organized, and very professional. She made my job easy by putting vendors in front of me and having me choose. Everyone she recommended was incredible! Our wedding was seamless and everything just flowed. As an out of state bride, working with Heather was an absolute dream. I am a bit type A and we had a variety of very specific requirements throughout the wedding planning process and both Heather and Sydney were patient in helping us navigate every one of our demands and dealing with difficult vendors.

We had a great experience with Heather and the Carefree Events team! Since we live out of state, the thought of planning a wedding from across the country seemed very daunting. Heather's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail quenched all of our fears. We used Heather and her team at Carefree to organize and plan my daughters wedding . Given that neither my daughter or I live in Bozeman and the time from hiring Heather til the wedding was 4 months, we were totally dependent on Heathers suggestions and coordination of all the moving parts. She delivered on all fronts beautifully. On the day of, we were totally relaxed knowing that Heather had everything under control. She was responsive and easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Heather and Carefree for any event.

Heather and her team were hired as our month of wedding coordinator and did an outstanding job. Heather was accommodating, listened well, worked very hard on an extremely hot day, meanwhile making sure vendors were on point. And most importantly they were able to make sure we enjoyed our special day. Equally as impressive was their ability to make our vision come alive with the decor and rentals provided. We hired Heather/Carefree as our wedding planner for our Bozeman wedding, which took place a few weeks ago. Heather listened to my thoughts and executed everything beautifully. The day-of the wedding she and her team really shined, ensuring everything was running according to plan. I would recommend Heather for wedding planning or coordination if you need someone in the Bozeman area -- she is lovely to work with, engaged some great vendors for us and kept us on budget with good suggestions and things we would never think of. Depending on your venue, you likely will need LOTS of vendors, and Heather was great at understanding who to call for what items, and organizing all of that, which we never would have been able to do without her.
