Jaime & the WHE team went above and beyond for our wedding. We had a number of unforeseen circumstances come our way requiring us to relocate the wedding twice, and when we had to pivot with only 4 weeks out due to natural disaster. Jaime and her team made it ALL possible; securing a new venue, and fully pivoting design concept and rentals with only a few weeks notice to meet the new space. Jaime is an overall joy to work with; she is laid back and at ease but always on top of it, and her spunky and global design comes through in all her innovative concepts that really just haven't been done before. She truly collaborates with the bride, allowing you to also have your own creative process and be a part of the full vision. No matter what your vision is, Jaime & her team will make your dream wedding a reality and nothing is off limits.

Jaime and team WHE are the best! From our first zoom call throughout the process, they were so thoughtful, sweat every detail and delivered above and beyond expectations.

The WHE team took the mystery out of planning and guided us step by step through the process. Throughout, they were organized and communicative and made sure we never missed a deadline. They were so helpful in providing tailored recommendations for vendors for every category, based on our style, budget and vision for the weekend. We loved every vendor we worked with—and every vendor was excited to work with Jaime and the team! As the weekend arrived, we had planned multiple events across multiple locations and days--all thanks to Jaime's team. Come our wedding weekend, we were actually able to relax and enjoy it all. In addition to making every event come to life, the team also took amazing care of us and our guests--including our 90 year old grandmothers.

We gave Jaime a very vague vision for the design of our wedding and she made it come to life in ways we could never have imagined. It was a perfect weekend thanks to Jaime and the WHE team! Would recommend them to everyone we know getting married or planning an event--and already dreaming up ways to work with them again!

Everyone says wedding planning is stressful. Until you're in it, it's impossible to realize just how involved and stressful it can be; thanks to Jaime and her team at Wild Heart Events, we will never really know that feeling. Our biggest stress throughout the year leading up to our wedding day was us continually asking why we weren't under more stress. Trust is hard to build, and throughout the process the WHE team asked for our trust and ensured things would be handled. They absolutely have our complete trust; from small details to the big picture everything was thought of and accounted for. From our introductory call, to making the very difficult but exciting decision to have a destination wedding, to the complex logistics of hiring vendors and entertainers from around the world. WHE encouraged us to make the choices that we wanted, not just what would be easy for us or them. They jumped through countless unknown hoops to make sure that we would have the day that we had always dreamed of. The WHE staff was a blast to work with while keeping it professional and advocating on our behalf with every vendor to relay the details that were important to us. Jaime was especially good at letting us know what we didn't need to have to accomplish our vision, and instead of going through a "traditional" check list, she made sure we had the details we needed for the wedding that was right for us. An intimate wedding in Tuscany with our loved ones became more than we could have ever imagined because of Jaime's connections and suggestions of incredibly talented people to work with. We can't recommend Jaime and her team highly enough for your wedding; Whether it be big or small, near or far, they will bend over backwards to give you the wedding of your dreams while removing untold stress from your shoulders so that you can really enjoy your day to it's fullest potential.

Jaime, Jenna and the rest of the Wild Heart's team is absolutely wonderful. They made the entire wedding planning experience so fluid and easy. They met my big ideas with bigger ones, and made so much magic happen on the day of (even the surprises with the band!!!) Every vendor I spoke to, spoke extremely high of the Wild Heart's team - they knew them as caring, easy to work with, always a good time, and never a bad vibe. To me, that spoke volumes about their character, kindness and the energy I wanted to be surrounded with. It was hard to be stressed knowing the wedding was in their hands, these ladies are the real deal and I would HIGHLY recommend Wild Heart Events to anyone looking to plan their wedding day.

It has taken me a few weeks to fully encompass how I feel about the Wild Hearts Team. I can't thank Jaime and her team enough for putting on the most beautiful dreamy special day for my husband and I. When I first found Jaime, I knew instantly she was the one I wanted to design my wedding. I live in Florida and our wedding was a destination wedding in California. Jaime has unique, fun, cutting edge , and innovative designs that many people have not seen before. She truly creates a whole experience for your whole wedding weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Jaime and her team for 17 months planning my wedding that was on August 6th. They were there for me through every stressful situation and obstacle that came our way while planning. Jaime and her team not only helped plan an amazing weekend for us, but also helped us venue scout so we could find the perfect place to get married. Jaime knows everyone in the industry and has great relationships with all of her vendors which we were lucky enough to also work with. Jaime created an unbelievable experience for our guests and her creativity shines through all the work she does. I can be a bit of a control freak and have many different ideas but Jaime was able to take every idea I threw at her and work to make sure my vision came to life. I also had the pleasure of having Jenna and Jenny from WHE lead my wedding day and they were unbelievably amazing. Organized, detailed, and genuine. I don’t even know where to begin. Jaime/Wild Heart Events is a creative thought partner, connector, visionary, therapist, leader, storyteller, producer and even a specialty bar tender. She knows the best of the best in the industry and it’s not surprising that everyone she works with wants to keep working with her! In only 2 ish months, she arranged my micro-wedding/boutique elopement back in April 2021- which felt like the first of the season following all of the challenges of 2020. Some of my favorite moments were brainstorming flowers with her and Jill of Layered Vintage. She assembled an all star team on the hottest spring day in Palm Springs and made it perfect.
